Boasting an ideal location with a mere 3-minute walk to the beach, a convenient 2-minute stroll to the heart of Rosemary, and scenic bike paths along 30A, this residence offers a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Rosemary Beach's vibrant atmosphere, complete with charming shops, bustling open-air markets, and a plethora of leisure activities, sets the stage for a delightful escape, whether it be a serene weekend getaway, a restful week-long sojourn, or an extended winter retreat.

It's important to note that this property offers exclusive access to the bottom floor of the Carriage House, ensuring a private and intimate retreat without access to the main house amenities, including the private pool or the top floor of the Carriage House.

NOTE: This is a Flat, similar to studio-style vacationing. It does not have a washer/dryer or regular sized refrigerator (has a beverage refrigerator). There is a Main House located behind the Flat and a Carriage House that is directly Above the Flat. If you do not wish to reserve the Main House & Flat along with Winston at Rosemary Carriage House, please be aware it can be rented separately and there is a chance it will be occupied by other guests during your stay.
