Nauti upeista rannanäkymistä tästä 8. kerroksen tilavasta parvekkeesta, josta on suora näkymä Meksikonlahden sokerivalkoisille rannoille ja smaragdinkirkas vesi. Pääsy parvekkeelle makuuhuone ja olohuone.

Amazing stay!

The condo was great! We’ve stayed at numerous condos in Destin, and this one was the cleanest by far! No sand on the floors and the property was in great shape! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Family Beach Vaca

Absolutely love BE! We have already booked for next year:) The condo is great, plenty of space, equipped with everything needed. Balcony is right on the beach and I was able to keep an eye on the teenagers without having to walk to the beach with them. My 6 yo had plenty of toys to play with on the beach and we added to the collection when we left.

Home Away From Home

My wife enjoyed the condo for Mother's Day weekend. Parking close to the building. Enough carts to wheel your items to the room. Easy access to the room and the beach view from the balcony is wonderful. Thanks for the complimentary beach chair and umbrella rental.

HAPPY PLACE

We loved Breakers East , condo was beautiful everything so clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful! ! The best part was the Wal-mart pickup and putting your refrigerated items up was soooo wonderful this is the best service ever!!!!!! The only thing I wish was their elevators always had one down out of only 2 at all times . We were on 8th floor which was not an easy hike for using the stairs. However these things happen.

Perfect

Absolute perfect set up. 805 was equipped with anything you may need. Only one elevator was functioning BUT that wasn’t a problem for us, we are patient and understanding. Perfect beach view and beach access. Location is within walking distance to so many places. Planning our next trip already! We loved our stay at BE805.

This was the second time we have stayed in this condo. The condo is absolutely beautiful and is in a great location. I love the privacy of the beach and condominium, everything is gated. We spent most of our days on the beach and the over sized balcony. The property was well maintained and clean. The only thing negative I would say is the bedroom's were hot in the middle of the night. I would definitely recommend this condo to other family and friends.

The only problem we encountered was a group of approx 6 young guys (late teens, early 20’s) occupied the condo directly below us. All day and late evening they were very loud, using bad language and playing loud music.

Dirty floors but very nice

We enjoyed the condo very much and it was very nice and clean all except the floors! The floors were very dirty, we could not go bare feet because our feet would be black in no time, had to wear shoes in the condo to keep them clean! I was not about to mop and clean floors on vacation either! Everything else was good but I hate I paid to have the condo cleaned and then we couldn’t even go bare feet in it the whole three days!

805 Not up to Breakers East Standards

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Breakers East 2 Weeks each year for over 20 years. The location is great and the facility is small so the private beach is not overcrowded. We have stayed in numerous units over the years and they have all been nice and also clean and the booking agent Carolyn has always been good to work with. That said we were very disappointed with our stay in unit 805 in May of this year - The first morning we awoke to find all our groceries (cereal, cookies, candy, ect) that were on the bar tops were covered in ants. The first night when we got ready to go to bed my son and his wife pulled back the covers in the guest bedroom and it was obvious the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous occupants stay as the were badly wrinkled and the bed was FULL of sand. My wife had to strip the bed and wash the bed sheets before anyone could sleep in this bed. On top of all this the washing machine smelled (stunk) so bad you could smell it into the kitchen so we were afraid our clothes would smell like it if we used it to wash our clothes. There were also smaller issues with the cleanliness of the unit that I will not list. We are not giving this review to discourage anyone from staying at Breakers East and we are not at this time going to stop as we will be back in November (Different Unit) - we are only giving this review to be honest about this stay and to hope it will in some way help the management with oversight on the cleanliness of the units before new guest check in. Also I would like to mention that I know guest are not allowed to have animals in the units but owners are - In the previous 20 something years we have stayed at Breakers East we have seen very few dogs on the premises but during this stay we saw 7 different dogs - all on leashes - (and we were almost bitten by one as we were exiting the elevator) which seems like a lot of dogs on the premises at one time if they all supposably belong to only unit owners.

Great Beach Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Breakers East! Everything from the booking to our trip was great. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The building and unit were both clean and well cared for. The best part is being right on the beach! We enjoyed meals on the balcony and the afternoons on the sand.

View from balcony was amazing. Didn’t know that we need reservations for front row chairs on the beach. Except that we would come back again. We had three kids at age 9,7 and 5. All had wonderful experience. Seamless experience on getting into the condo even at midnight and felt more safer than anything. They haf also trolley at front which helped us to move items to 8th floor with ease. Overall, will recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th time coming to Destin, but our first time staying at Breakers East. The location was great. Love being right on the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. The rooms along with the balcony was much bigger than our previous condos we’ve stayed at. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed having games and puzzles available during our stay. The only issue was with the elevators. We were told they were new, but every day they were working on them so only one was working most days. Overall it was a great stay. We did not have any issues with our condo during our stay.

What a thoughtful setup!

This rental had every little thing we needed to cook and serve a large group. You could easily serve a Thanksgiving meal here if you wanted. We felt at home the entire time. Aside from the thoughtfulness of how the condo was furnished, the rental was clean and spacious and beautiful. The location could not have been more perfect. We hope to make this a tradition!
