Tilava uusittu 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpy huoneisto 7. kerroksessa. Sijaitsee suoraan rannalla Breakers East aidatulla alueella. Nauti smaragdin rannikon kauniista valkoisista hiekkarannoista. Rentoudu yksityisellä 30ft parvekkeella, josta on upeat näkymät rannalle.

Fabulous iso avokeittiö. Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode, taulutelevisio / DVD, pimennysverhot. Master kylpyhuone kylpyamme suihkulla combo yksi turhamaisuus.
Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 täysikokoista vuodetta, taulu-kaapeli-tv.
Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku yhdistelmä ja yksi turhamaisuus.

Breakers East sijaitsee kadun sydämessä Big Kahunan vesipuistosta. Kävele pikaruokaan Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House ja Subway. "The Track" sijaitsee vain muutaman korttelin päässä go-carts, minigolf, arcade, puskurin veneitä, benjihyppy. Sateisena päivänä Rave-elokuvateatteri tai Uncle Buckin Fishbowl and Grill (keilailu) sijaitsee Destin Commonsin ostoskeskuksessa. Good location..

Here is the good stuff.. beach service.. beach... location. The beds are comfy,living room and kitchen are nice. Bad stuff... no dresser in 2nd bedroom.. no closet doors.. and boxes of planking in the closet. All the doors had stains and it was kinda gross. Not sure why planking surrounded showers... not enough hot water surrounded the showers

Awesome Stay

Just as advertised. My only comment is the smell of mold when the air conditioner turned on. Great location and my family had an awesome time. Thanks so much to Carolyn and her team for their quick responses to my pre-arrival questions!!!

perfect location

non-crowded complex, very well maintained grounds, great location - right on the beach, condo very clean and roomy. new elevators are currently being installed. would definitely rent again.

Great space! Loved the openness of the kitchen/dining room/living room and balcony.

Great direct access to the gulf and white sandy beaches, large warm pool, and comfortable beds. The email with instructions/access codes provided great details and answers. Only thing I would recommend for future guests who plan on cooking regularly and having leftovers is to bring more kitchen towels and washcloths and food storage containers and/or ziplock bags. We hope to be back sooner than later!!

Destin Trip

Overall the property was good. The place was clean and stocked ok. It did have a musky smell that we believe was coming from the carpet in bedrooms. Master bath could use some updating. The shower head is too large and numerous times water was spraying everywhere unless you turn it directly towards the wall. Definitely could use some fresh paint in bathrooms, doors and cabinets. But overall it was good. Our largest complaint was the elevators at the property. One did not work and the one that did was extremely slow. Had to take the stairs several times. This isnt the owners fault and hopefully not a normal thing.

Awesome views and quick walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were such a treat. The large balcony was great! Parking was a breeze. Loved the gated entry. Turning into the condo was a bit complicated because of the busy street. This condo is in the middle of Destin busyness.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased with how spacious the unit was. The view was great, it was quiet, and the wait for the elevator was very reasonable. Loved that the beach was not crowded. Walls and woodwork were in need of paint. The lint screen in the dryer had a large hole in it which allowed lint to build up causing a potential fire hazard. We pulled a substantial amount of lint from the front of the dryer. Also the dryer vent outside was dislodged so dryer lint blew all over the outside walkway. Kitchen appliances were not in the best shape, especially the microwave. Furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating. At check-in the pillowcases on the bed in the master had numerous black streaks on them - appeared to be grease - which didn't wash out. We ended up buying pillows and pillowcases for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Traffic is a challenge, but having stayed in Destin twice previously we knew what to expect. Overall enjoyed our stay. When our guests had a change in travel plans the management company allowed us to stay another day, which was very much appreciated.
