La Buena Brisa - Gulf & Bay views with 2 minute walk to the beach. Located on the quiet beach of Terramar at Galveston's West End is perfect for a family vacation! Fishing, exploring the beach, or visiting Galveston's many restaurants and shops. Don't forget the Pleasure Pier or Moody Gardens. Galveston has so much to offer. The beach house is well stocked and beautifully decorated with room for eight, beach equipment, fishing equipment, an outdoor shower and swing!
The Space
Phyllis wrote - "Wow! This property had everything. Just the smallest detail was not overlooked. There were personal touches to make your stay awesome." Upstairs deck (Level two) is the length of the house with plenty of room to enjoy the gulf views and more importantly the breeze. Large second and third level patios are perfect for watching sunrise and sunset. Large Primary Suite upstairs with super nice king size bed, free standing soaking tub and huge shower. Second bedroom (queen bed) and bunk bedroom with two sets on level 2 with nice bathroom between plus full-size washer and dryer.
Living room has a comfortable side chair, love seat and fold out couch. Huge high-def smart TV in living room and master bedroom. Great kitchen amenities including stainless steel appliances, microwave.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house and garage plus the cement pad underneath the house to cook, enjoy the firepit, swing and relax feeling the gulf breeze. The neighborhood has a boat dock and community swimming pool (May-September). Our garage stores beach chairs, a beach tent, wagon, some games, and extra propane for using the gas grill and firepit. If you forgot something there are small grocery stores with an abundance of handy items.

Keith wrote "They had all of the essentials anyone would need for a vacation. No complaints here." We hear from guests that we have a very well stocked house. We have most spices, olive & vegetable oil, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, a Kitchen aide mixer, blender, Keurig with coffee pods, hot tea, sugar, salt/pepper, utensils for cooking and eating, BBQ tongs, cocktail/wine glasses, cutting boards, trays for serving, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for full washer/dryer, body wash, hair shampoo/conditioner, iron/board, children's utensils, high chair, pack/play with extra pad, games, books (adult/children), Roku with free wi-fi and internet. Bring your app codes to log into your accounts and delete before you leave. We ask you not to make the beds. Throw the dirty towels/blankets in the bathtub. Take out the trash, run the dish washer & wipe down the counters. Cleaning done!
