If you want to stay even closer to home, the trailhead for the Fraser River Trail is just 300 feet away, and you’ll be within walking distance of all downtown Winter Park’s shops, restaurants, and bars. On-site amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub.

At the condo itself, you’ll find an updated, cozy space with all the comforts of home. Whip up a full meal or just snacks for the slopes in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, then grab a bite at the breakfast bar before heading out. Spend the day skiing, snowboarding, or snow tubing, then come home to warm up in front of the wood-burning fireplace with some hot cocoa. Stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, then step out to a local restaurant for some dinner. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Adequate comfortable lodging
This place is fine. The interior has been beautifully and thoughtfully updated and the kitchen is efficient and well equipped. Unfortunately the complex is old and the unit suffers from the effects of the aging building. Floors are so creaky, heaters are noisy, walls are thin (we woke to the smell of the neighbor’s coffee), water comes out of the faucets brown, and there seems to be a mouse problem. The rec center is also fine. Our little kids enjoyed the warm pool and the hot tubs were plentiful and clean-ish but the whole place was pretty over run with unsupervised teens. Maybe because we were there on a very busy weekend parking was challenging and the bus service was very unreliable. We’ll probably chose a different place next time but made the most of our time there.

Great place for a few nights!
Overall the apartment is great and clean. The water is “hard” and there are mineral stains in the tub but it’s not “dirty”. All towels and sheets are were very clean. Road was not plowed during a snow storm- recommend 4wd and high clearance if snowing. It was plowed the next day. 9 min from North bench lot. Overall a convenient location for a good price.

Cozy Country Happiness
The condo had a well stocked kitchen with great cookware and utensils, the beds were SO comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful with modern finishes and great light. The wood burning fireplace by far is the best feature!

Disappointed
I was super disappointed with this place. We do these types of rentals often and this place just had an issue everywhere we turned. When we first arrived the “ready to go, beautifully folded towels” had makeup all over them. It made me wonder if any of our towels were actually cleaned. The shower had a gross yellow residue. There were holes in the wall and the toilet paper roll practically fell off every time you used it. We went to make breakfast and the pan was covered in grease and crumbs still. We chose to pre-wash every dish we planned to use each meal. I reached out to VACASA for what I thought was fair compensation and never heard back. Super disappointing.
