With nearly 1400 square feet of living space and a spacious gulf front balcony that overlooks the pool and beach, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out. Two Parking passes are included with your rental and all vehicles must have a parking pass. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles improperly parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. A very limited number of additional parking passes may be purchased from security on a first come, first served basis. Additional offsite parking is also available in public parking lots for an additional daily fee.
