KING BEDROOM:
Retreat to the spacious and stylish king bedroom where you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. Unwind and relax in the comfortable ambiance of this inviting room.

QUEEN BEDROOM:
Rest peacefully in the cozy queen bedroom where you can sleep peacefully in the cool temps with your own Window AC unit waiting for you! Experience a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed and then wake up refreshed and ready for the adventures ahead.

BATHROOM:
Indulge in the modern and fully remodeled bathroom where you can refresh yourself with a hot shower before a day of fun! Start your day feeling rejuvenated in this pristine space.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN:
Cook and prepare meals with ease in the fully stocked kitchen where you can utilize the electric range for all your culinary creations.

LAUNDRY:
Take advantage of the washer and dryer conveniently located in the kitchen and available for use at your convenience!

LIVING ROOM:
Gather in the cozy living room, perfect for relaxation. Watch your favorite movies or shows on the smart TV by logging into your favorite streaming services! The queen sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for extra guests.

BACKYARD:
Step outside to the private backyard for some relaxing evenings! Enjoy the warmth of the fire pit during chilly evenings and dine al fresco at the charming dining table with an umbrella to protect from that Colorado sun! If you're feeling up to it, show off your grilling skills on the BBQ for delicious meals.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities and facilities. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

The Neighborhood:
Located just moments from the Olympic Training Center, you will be close to plenty of grocery shopping, minutes to downtown Colorado Springs, and less than 10 minutes to I-25!

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze when you travel by car. Travelers will find that GPS and Google maps are accurate and reliable, and gas stations are easy to find. Generally, you’ll find parking at most attractions, with coin and credit card meters downtown and free and paid parking lots widely available at the big sights. Rideshare apps such as Lyft and Uber can help you find a ride to destinations within the city limits (and nearby sights such as the Garden of the Gods).

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

As part of a side-by-side duplex setup, this unit is all yours for the duration of your stay. The other unit is rented out separately so the driveway is shared.
