Ideal for a group getaway, this two-story home has plenty of room for everybody to spread out, with additional features including a large, fenced backyard and converted garage-game room.

After catching a show, head home for fun and casual downtime. Ping-Pong, darts, and mini-hoop basketball set the stage for friendly competition in the game room. There's also a TV for added entertainment. Keep things a little more low-key in the main living room with comfortable sofa seating, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV. A small alcove off the living area is furnished with a remote-controlled standing desk for remote working convenience. 1000-gigabyte, high-speed WiFi ensures a fast and seamless connection for the entire household.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware for easy family-style meal prep. A dishwasher is also equipped for easy cleanup.

Head outside for s'mores and conversation around the wood-burning firepit or fire up the gas grill for a backyard barbecue with friends and family in the summer.

Spend the day exploring downtown Denver, or stay closer to home and discover the historic charm of downtown Littleton. Convenient grocery and dining options are also located nearby for added convenience.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
