Review

Overall the location and property were great, no complaints. Except for the door code. It was ten digits which made it impossible to remember, especially since you have to go through another door first with a different code. Small issue, but frustrating nonetheless.

Nice accommodations, needs upgrades

Studio was just right for me, since I traveled alone. Kitchen and bathroom could be updated. Re: new appliances, bath tub, new paint, new fixtures throughout. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Full on Run Around

Parking and condo were a walk from one another. Elevators were a nightmare. Hot water ran out super fast. The check in process was confusing and took roughly 45 minutes as no one knew where our bands or parking pass were. Door code quit working on the first day and we had to call/text to get it reset which left us outside for roughly 30 min.

Overall a good stay, but better housekeeping and mold/mildew removal would make it great

Pros: The management company was friendly. The staff at the condo was friendly. The amenities are great. The free things each day were also awesome- you can rack up a lot of Dave and busters gift cards that don’t expire and give you free meals during your stay. The location was awesome. Beautiful view- we saw dolphins on at least 2 out of the 6 days. The resort itself was very clean. Clean halls and elevators always smelled great in the morning. Cons- outdated, but you can see that in the pictures. However, the furniture is hard to clean or either hasn’t been cleaned in a while because all of it was covered in dust from the bed frame to the little table and chairs. The bed skirt was dirty, but bed linen itself was clean. Also there is a moisture smell in the unit and mold. There was mold on the shower head that I wiped off upon arrival, if you turn on the jacuzzi jets black stuff comes out, mold in the vents, and a lot on the wall of the AC closet, and some inside of the artwork framed in the hallway. With some updated furniture and more intense cleaning this could become an excellent studio.

Nice few days but ...

Overall everything was fine. The studio was absolutely clean but there was a horrible odor that lasted the entire time I was there (reason I did not give it 5 stars). It seemed isolated to just this condo, perhaps the one next door too, but I'm not sure. I did not notice the odor anywhere else in the building except in the common area to the unit and the unit I rented. It was moisture related. I don't have the best sense of smell, so for me to notice it, means it was strong. I reported it, but nothing was done. One thing that should be advertised with this condo - there is a small common area shared with the condo next door. I did not notice this anywhere else on the floor. So there is one door from the external hallway with a common code shared with the condo next door then a second door into this unit with a unique code. I did not have an issue with this until my last night. People came in next door about midnight making noise in the small common area and pounding against my door. I wasn't sure what was going on but was concerned about opening the door because I would not have had an easy way to escape if something were wrong. I would have been trapped in the common area with the commotion. This went on for a couple of hours. Security number was not readily available to call. This would be a great setup if you were traveling with someone but wanted your own space as well - not so much if you are alone. The view was beautiful as shown.

Pleasant

The property was easy to find. There were plenty of parking spaces in the parking complex. The room was clean and just as pictured. When you check out it says 'Remove all trash', but doesn't have a listing for location of the dumpsters. Maybe I looked over it, who knows! The beach was clean and the bar by the pool had good drinks! Easy check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay!

Room 1212 Tower 1 - AWESOME!!!

Our stay in room 1212 Tower 1 was absolutely amazing. It's not a huge room but it was big enough for the two of us. The view was incredible. I was able to see dolphins swimming and pelicans flying on several occasions. The pool area was very nice, the water was freezing but that is due to the season. Thank you for letting us stay with Majestic Beach Resort, we will definitely do it again.

Just what we were looking for!

The condo was just what we were looking for. Perfect size and layout. Loved seeing the ocean from the bed. Just right view of ocean/ beach with privacy. Balcony had just the right furniture and view. Our only wish was that there were a few more basics like ice cube trays/ can coolers (we forgot ours) and pitchers for mixing drinks. Other than that the condo had all the necessities. Would definatly recommend this rental to any couple.

Staff was friendly, elevators were super slow, Beach wasn’t maintained,

The kitchen area was to small to cook it out dated & poorly stock with utensils, Road construction was terrible, Really poorly kept beach, they want to charge you for every little thing, park area was terrible. Could go on but there’s no need, wouldn’t recommend staying in that property or area in the future,

Panhandle Getaways

The unit was in good condition. The view is gorgeous. It takes a while to get from the parking deck to the unit though. The elevators take forever. We do not recommend doing business with Panhandle Getaways. I booked the unit back on March 13th. Before booking I sent a message regarding washer and dryer in the unit.. I was told there was one by a Panhandle Getaways employee. I went ahead and booked, I did not want a unit without a washer and dryer. The same day the unit was booked, within an hour of booking, I got a phone call from Stacy Myers with Panhandle Getaways wanting to change my dates because they wanted to give priority to someone booking a longer stay. I booked from Saturday, May 25th-Saturday, June 1st and paid a pretty penny but they acted like it was nothing. I asked they just cancel my trip and then somehow they could magically accommodate my originally booked dates. A week before our trip I downloaded the hospitality app, they will send you emails to download it so you’ll have the information to get into the unit.. The app stated the unit did not have a washer and dryer. I sent an email to Stacy Myers regarding this and sent her screenshots showing where I was told the unit did have a washer and dryer before I booked.. I got no reply. I forwarded the email to the customer service email address and was told they would check and get back to me. Never heard anything. Called in and was always told Stacy Myers was in meetings, requested that she call me back and never heard anything. Even though I called in several times. She never replied to my emails either. She told another employee to let me know that they wouldn’t give me a refund until the unit was rebooked... Even though it was not my mistake, it was theirs. We never heard anything before time to leave for our trip so we just went on. We vacation in PCB multiple times every summer and have never had an issue like this. I wouldn’t recommend Panhandle Getaways to anyone or ever book with them again.

The staff, weather, condo, food, atmosphere,beach service (Bo), was all AMAZING!!

The Majestic is our go to vacation resort from now on! The views are spectacular and the resort is extremely clean! It is convenient to everything you want or need!!

Awesome Condo

We loved the condo and the Majestic Towers! All the staff and security were so friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Looking forward to booking another stay at this condo in the future. It was very well maintained and the beds were all comfortable! I can't say enough about it....

Spacious Studio!!!t

Like floating on the ocean!

Beautiful view of crystal blue ocean from everyinch of condo (except the bathroom!) Very easy booking @ the last minute. Sandi was very nice & helpful. Good parking area, security was around almost every time coming & going. Room phone did not work but, who cares-cell service was good. Compact yet fully equipped kitchen including the cutest dishwasher! Pools were very nice, indoor & outdoor connected. Nice starbucks/store. Did not have a chance to eat @ the grill. Everything you need is on the property. Hope to get to come back to the Majestic soon. Fair price for all of this. Can you tell I did NOT want to leave??!!
