Rentoudu ja pelata lämmitetty, suolaisen veden allas tai polttaa joitakin stressiä toisen kerroksen kuntokeskuksessa. I can't say enough how pleased we were with this rental: from the views, convenience of being steps to the white sands beach or beautiful pool, proximity of parking, to the cleanliness, shuttle to Baytown Wharf. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella but will pay for the beach service next time for convenience. Definitely will rent here again

The room smelled. Like fish and sometimes vinegar like maybe the room was sprayed with it in attempt to remove the fishy smell? Its so old and no attempt has been made to maintain it. The bathroom fair squeaked terribly, then just totally went out 3 days in. The ac does work well, but im pretty sure the bathroom ac vent has 2 black mold spots growing on it. The one toilet flush handle gets stuck so you have to hold it for like 5 seconds to make it flush thrn pull it up so it doesnt keep running. Turn on thr sink faucets in the bathroom? Water comes out of both handles. The view is amazing. Property had plenty of parking.. the place just desperatley needs maintenace and updating. It would be nice if cleaning staff could clean the balcony glass so you can sit and see out because of course the chairs arent high enough to. Next year I'll stay somewhere updated. If your neighbors upstairs have kids running around, you hear it. If anyone on any nearby balcony is having a conversation on their balcony, you hear it. They open the sliding door to keep getting drinks and come back? You hear it. The ice maker does infact work enough for a small cooler each day at the beach.

With not knowing what type of coffee makers they have, it would be nice for them to leave a day or two's worth of filters or pods on site so you can have coffee the next morning without having to go out and buy what you need after checking in late in the afternoon.

Overall great stay for Christmas time. Condo was spacious and had excellent pano views of the beach from both the bedroom and living room. Close to elevator. Good amenities and furniture. I would recommend, however condo appeared heavily used and mattress was very firm.

Nice vacation

Overall we had a great vacation here!beach was great and everything we needed was near by.The condo itself needed some updating which didn't affect our good time at all.we were concerned when the property manager text and told us the washer went out before we got there but promise us it would be there the next day.but she came through and it was so no big deal.we ould stay agaun!

Great views and location

We absolutely loved the views and overall location and convenience of the condo and property! The washing machine malfunctioned the last night of our stay but they were right on top of it to attempt to fix the issues! Would definitely want to come back to this unit

Filthy and outdated!

This place has such great potential. Love the views and the floor to ceiling windows. But the furniture is broken, outdated and filthy! I had to put sheets on the furniture before I could even sit on it. The walls are nasty and in need of painting. The entire condo hasn’t been deep cleaned in years. The kitchen appliances and utensils are old. But the floors are the worst. Had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean this place before I could even sit down. The management company sent cleaners the next day but said floors were in need of steam cleaning and would have to be done when condo is empty. I feel like I’m in an old fashioned funeral parlor. So disappointed. Expected more for the price.

Needs updated

My husband and I came for a week to celebrate our anniversary. The views were amazing. The condo itself needs updating in a major way. We felt as though we stayed in a 1970’s funeral home. The condo is too cluttered with stuff. The issues with the condo was bathtub was dirty and slippery. Property management needs to be sure cleaning staff are cleaning properly. The bathtub was slow draining. The toilet is too short. The hot water heater didn’t keep the warm throughout a shower. The bathroom/bedroom door doesn’t lock or shut completely. The balcony was too crowded with patio furniture blocking bedroom exit door.

Beautiful Views

The views were amazing and reason that I picked property. The condo is dated and could use de-cluttering. The kitchen needs to be updated and the freezer didn’t keep ice frozen. It didn’t bother our trip since we were not planning to cook in the unit. I shared with property owner at end of trip and they stated they would have maintenance check on it. Overall I would stay here again with location and views! Communication process with rental company was very timely and we were happy with our stay. Thank you for sharing your property.

Wonderful view

First of all the comunication with the owner or the group managing the property isnt there. After a 12 hr drive and extremely tired and getting into our condo we realized the place was filthy. So of course we cleaned....everything!! The kitchen as well as the entire place was covered in dust. Also no coffee filters so off to the store we go after being in the car 12 hrs. Starting im the kitchen...no sink stop to do dishes, and the door to the dishwasher was broke so it cannot be used. There are 100 glasses to drink from and 1 coffee cup. The smoke alarm was dismantled and the wires were hanging out. The ceiling and walls are dicolored black in some areas...not sure what that is. The toilet seat is loose. Cobwebs in each corner of the rooms. Food on the window seals and stained carpet in the bedroom. Also i feel for the money we spent, the room should have been spotless not only inside but outside as well. The entire place at Sandestin was disappointing. Our view was great and that was about it. I would recommend staying somewhere else. I also have pictures but not sure if i can apply them here on this site.

Disappointed

Room had used paper towel on floors and diarrhea stains under toilet seat. Had to clean toilet myself upon arrival. The beach was too crowded with the vendors umbrellas They put down 7 rows and only 40% were rented. Had to get up at 6 am to put your own umbrella up in front of theirs. Totally ridiculous

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was under construction and we were not made aware of this prior to booking. The workers were working directly outside our window where they were looking into our unit every morning. The maintenance shut down the elevators for one entire day, thankfully we were only on the 3rd floor but others were not so lucky. I would not recommend until all repairs were complete.

Beach getaway

I choose this unit specifically for the fantastic views, and I got exactly what I wanted. The unit is very over furnished, & a bit outdated with old Curtains, sofa & 1,000 lamps. if you can get past all of that, you should be fine as my fiancé and I enjoyed our views over morning coffee & breakfast on the balcony as well as our time on the beach where the location of the unit was excellent !

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great getaway with my granddaughter. The location is perfect. We enjoyed being so close to the entrance to the pool and beach. The only issue we had was our a/c went out the last night we were there. It took too long to get someone out to check it so we left.

Mostly Positive, 1 Big Downside

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arriving at the property I loved the gated community setting. When I found our room I was very pleased with how nice the room was. The room, the views, the building, the convenience, was absolutely perfect. The one big turn off for me was how crowded the beach is. It was largely due to the unnecessary 4 rows deep probably 200 feet long of umbrellas set up on the beach to be rented. Of which, probably 25% were rented. This pushed everyone down in front of the umbrellas close to the water, people were literally setting up directly in front and behind us. Our kids didn’t have room to play. Pretty miserable beach expierence. We did enjoy the pool, and again the room was super nice and clean, but the beach expierence insures we are unlikely to return to this location in the future.

April 2022 Stay

Perfect location and very clean. Loved everything about our stay. Bed could have been a little more comfortable for me but overall a great place. We are looking to return this month.
