This set up makes the house ideal for two families to stay together and still maintain privacy. The backyard is exceptional. The heated pool is very large and includes a hot tub. The dock is large and very convenient for boat owners or adventurous guests who want to explore using kayaks and paddle boards. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to the beach, the water park, some of IRB's best restaurants but just tucked into a private cul de sac for privacy.

The bedroom and bathroom configuration is ideal for friends and family groups. Manatee Manor has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms laid out ideally for a large group or multiple families. The kitchen and living room (with a 65" Samsung Smart TV) are upstairs. The kitchen has two sinks and a large island, ideal for breakfasts and large family meals. There is also an outdoor screened patio with a table and seating for 8, perfect for outdoor meals. There is another smart TV on the patio.​
