6A-Studio near UofO, Hayward Field, Hult Ctr & DT

This is a small and comfortable unit that in centrally located in the heart of Eugene. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. U of O campus only blocks away and Hayward field and the Performing Arts Center just 1 mile walking. Please note that this unit is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs.

The studio is small but comfortable and quiet. Bathroom is tub/shower combo and there is a large open cabinet and also a medicine cabinet to store your things in. Kitchenette is stocked with a microwave and hot plate and there is a wardrobe closet to hang your clothing. There is a small dining table and chairs for eating or doing your computer work. I have very good internet and there is a Smart TV for your entertainment

There is a code box on the door for easy entry. We will send you your code on the day of arrival. Parking is free and there are no designated spaces. You may park in either the front or back of the building. You will need the gate code when parking in the back and to access the garbage bin and laundry room. The Gate code info is in the unit on your welcome sheet as is the code to enter the laundry room.

You can contact my co-host or myself at anytime thru the app. Will will respond to you as soon as we are available.

This is a wonderful neighborhood with Vero's coffeeshop and cafe, High St McMenamins Brewery, Pizzerias, and BBQ restaurant among others just 1/2 block walking. Also a convenient store just across the street. The University District Hospital is also just 4 blocks and the U of O campus is 6 blocks. Hayward Field is 1.5 miles driving and is 1.1 miles walking thru campus. Riverbend Hospital is 6 miles.

You can walk or bike everywhere. Even a grab and go bike service just 2 blocks away.
Bus route is also only 2 blocks from apt

There is a small laundry room in the back of the building for your use. You will need to use the gate and laundry code to enter, these are in the unit on the Welcome sign. The W/D unit is coin or you can pay using their app, instructions in laundry room. Coins are available across the street at the 7-11.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
Please take care of the unit and it’s belongings and leave in the same condition as you arrived. Clean and replace all kitchen items in cupboards on your day of departure.
Please be respectful of my full-time tenants that live in my other units.
As a courtesy, could you notify us in the app on your day of departure when you have vacated the unit.
