Lauantaista lauantaihin vuokra ---- Vuodevaatteet sisältyvät vuokraan. Tuo omat kylpy- ja rantapyyhkeet.
Kokeile upeaa BREEZE BAY. Vaikeiden vesipäivien jälkeen hoidettu nurmikko, betonikäyttö, talon sisääntulo, lukitusvarasto ja laipio ovat tervetulleita nähtävyyksiin kaikille vieraille. Maanpinta tarjoaa erinomaisen pääsyn veneilyyn, kalastukseen, melontaan, leijalautailuun, meloa ja purjelautailuun. Älä unohda erinomaista ryöstöä. Ensimmäisen tason sisäänkäynnissä on apuohjelma-alue, jossa on etulaskupesuri ja kuivausrumpu, pesuallas ja syöttijääkaappi. Toisessa elintasossa on 3 makuuhuonetta (kuningatar, kuningatar, 2 punkkaa), täysi kylpyamme ja oma kylpyhuone (suihku, pesuallas ja wc) yhdessä kuningatar makuuhuoneessa sekä kerrossänky. Kaikissa huoneissa on pääsy 270 astetta ulkoterassille. Yläkerran suuri huone on loma hurmaaja, jossa korkeat katot ja täysi kylpyamme. Valmista upeita aterioita hyvin varustetussa keittiössä ja tarjoile heille panakkia aamiaisbaarilla, 8 hengen ruokapöydällä, peli- / korttipöydällä tai ulkona vesinäkymässä sijaitsevilla aurinkotehdillä. Luottaa BREEZE BAY: hen hyvin ja mukavasti sisustettuina. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa (king) on vieressä oleva kylpyamme. Kaikkien päivien tulisi päättyä BREEZE BAY: n turvatarkastettavaan kansiin, jossa on kupliva kylpytynnyri. Neljännen tason majesteettinen aurinkoterassi tyydyttää auringon ystäviä.

Breeze Bay on Klub Koru GOLD -klubin jäsen, joka tarjoaa vuokraajille RAJOITTAMAAN vierailuja Klub Koru OCEANFRONT -altaan ja Avonin kalastuslaiturille. Klub Koru tarjoaa myös kylpyläpalveluita. Klub Koru sijaitsee Avonin kalastuslaiturin vieressä Hwy 12: llä, noin 1,6 km: n päässä Breeze Baystä.

Breeze Bay on päivitetty talo, joka on kauniisti sisustettu nahkaistuimilla suuressa huoneessa. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu suurille perheille. Propaanigrilli on mukava tapa keittää mereneläviä tai suosikki lihapalanne.

Tarjolla on kajakkeja, jotta voit tutustua vesiväylään virittämättömään Pamlico Soundiin. Käytä telakkaa kiinnittääksesi veneesi lomallesi.

Hatteras-saaren rannat ovat maailman parhaimpia. Ne tarjoavat joitain parhaimmista kalastuksista ja surffauksista itärannikolla. Kalastajat voivat kokeilla onneaan kuuluisalla Cape Pointilla. Surffaajat voivat saada parhaat aallot itärannikolla Cape Hatterasin majassa, kuuluisissa S-käännöksissä tai Friscon laiturilla. The owner is very responsive and wants your stay to be the best it can be. The kitchen is well stocked with every needed appliance. We loved the many balconies and beautiful views. The beaches are not crowded, and the kayaks were a hit on the sound side.

The location was excellent and the house was perfect for what we were looking for (sound side and more of the area that was less commercialized). The owner was easily accessible, and we definitely would recommend this property (& area) for other families visiting the Outer Banks

Great stay for vacation

We enjoyed the house. The fact that its on the water and you can do so many activities is awesome. The club/beach access is a 3 min drive away, and definitely a nice amenity. Highly recommend.

Fun in Avon

My whole family loved this house. It had plenty of room for 11 people of different ages without feeling cramped. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. The kids loved crabbing and watching sunsets from the crow's nest is a must. We had alot of rain during our stay, so the pool was only open one day but still had an amazing time.

Piece of Paradise

This was our second stay at Breeze Bay. The house was very clean and lawn was well taken care too. We love all the decks and that there were chairs on every one to sit and enjoy the views. The wrap around dock of the canal was awesome for fishing as well. Dan was great to work with and always quick to respond. Thanks for making our 2024 OBX trip so enjoyable!

Awesome house

The house was very cleaned and well stocked. The paddle board and kayaks were a hit with the teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The decks were all very nice. Beautiful sunsets and weather the entire week. Short walk or drive to the beach. Shopping and restaurants close by. The teens loved walking to the many different ice cream shops nearby every night. Absolutely loved this area. Best relaxing vacation.

Great, quiet location

Location was awesome as it allows for quick access to all the islands. The house was clean with all the stuff needed to cook. Sheets were supplied by owner but did have to bring towels which was not a problem. The outdoor shower is helpful for sand. There were tons of places to eat nearby. You can catch both sunrise and sunset from this house with the top deck. Amazing week for our family.

Fish from the Backyard

Terrific location for our 3 fishermen...pond, sound and ocean! The teens enjoyed trying out the kayaks in the pond as well. Access to the grill for cooking and hot tub for relaxing was great! Dan was awesome to work with and he quickly answered any questions.

Amazing

The house literally has everything you need. The kitchen is stocked so well and literally has everything you need and more. The location and views were amazing. We were very pleased. The owner is so fast in responding and very kind. We are so happy he shared his home with us and if we come back this will be the home we stay in!!

Sound serenity

Our first time renting sound side and we are converts! The SUP was an added bonus and used everyday (sometimes twice). We thoroughly enjoyed grilling fresh seafood nightly while taking in the views/sunsets! Quiet neighborhood with a mix of locals and rentals; close to grocery and restaurants. Recommend the Ugly Mug for coffee and pastries!

Perfect Location for a Low Stress Vacation

Fantastic house for any vacation. It was exactly as described in the site and the amenities were terrific. We spent our time between walking to the beach, kayaking on the sound, and getting a driving permit to go to the beach south of town. One day we chilled out at the pool and tennis club which was very low stress. A daily ritual following beach time was coming back showering outdoors and then hitting the hot tub. Location is about 2 miles from the center of Avon, but right next to the Sound. The Kayaks, Paddle board were welcome activities. I would recommend this house anyone. One thing to note is that one of our party did cut her toe on the oyster shells in the sound. Water shoes are recommended.

Hidden Paradise

Dan was great to deal with. He was prompt with any questions. Even called me when we were inquiring about check in, and in today's world that goes to say a lot to "talk" to someone :) The house was very clean and cozy! Other house we stayed at had sandy floors and bathrooms not cleaned to our liking upon check in, but not this one. There cleaning is TOP KNOTCH! Plenty of paved parking, and the yard was very well maintained. The dock area and being a corner lot, seemed like a "Hidden Paradise." Beautiful views from all the decks and the dock. It was so nice that no matter what deck you were on, there was seating to just relax and take it all in. The kitchen had anything and everything we needed, and the starter supplies were a nice perk! We will be back Dan!

Perfect in every way!

My wife and I took our six adult kids plus two significant others (total of 10 adults) and had an amazing time. The house was everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We loved being right on the water so we could jump in and cool off; we loved having the kayaks to cruise around in, and we loved the gazillion decks to soak up the views. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect, the layout was great, and it was furnished with everything we needed (including a mini fridge in the kitchen for those adult beverages). The house was perfect, and we loved being in Avon. It took a while to get there, but once there, it was relatively quiet and close to the lighthouse at Hatteras, the southern end past Frisco, but within an hour to Manteo and the Wright Brothers Memorial. We are a family that likes to try different things each year, but we all agreed that we need to come back sometime, and when we do so we will definitely try to rent Breeze Bay again!

Wonderful property, but bring your own bath and kitchen towels!

This house is just awesome. You have a view of water from each and every window in the house. You will see the ocean, the sound and the inlet it is located on. Being located in Avon added to our enjoyment because Avon is much smaller than Nags Head and some of the other towns. It was also nice to be at the end of the season, fewer vacationers. Unfortunately, we missed the comments about brining your own towels, so we didn't have any when we got there late Saturday. We ended up buying cheap beach towels for the night and then went to Nags Head to Tuesday Morning to buy bath and kitchen towels. Minor problem, but none the less aggravating. Of course the management company will rent you towels, but not on a Saturday night! Be aware, this is a three story house so if you have trouble with stairs...but being three stories with numerous decks just gives you more views to enjoy!

Beautiful home great location!

The home on S. Albacore was beautiful! Extremely clean, GREAT location close to everything! We ended up only having 4 of us, thought there would be more. It was nice having 4 bathrooms, no waiting!! There are also two outdoor showers that we used all the time! You can jump right into the water from the dock! It is up to your chest. Be sure to wear water shoes!! A must when in the sound due to oyster shells and things that can severely cut your feet. You will also want to make sure you bring all towels. Beach, bath, hand, wash cloths and kitchen. They are not supplied. Paper towels, toilet paper and body soap as well. We used the hot tub once but were unable to control the temperature, too hot and had an issue turning it off. But since it was beautiful every day, it was not missed! Remember when traveling to OBX you may see severe weather forecasted, DO NOT worry, one, it was not correct, two, it lasted just a few minutes or three happened during the night while you slept. Everything was wonderful and we highly recommend Breeze Bay and Dan the host! Thank you for a great trip!! Oh I almost forgot the best part!!! The very top tier best view, best breeze and we watched the most amazing lightning storm I ever have seen!!!! Probably pretty stupid based on how high up we were, but it was better then the 4th of July fireworks you can also see being set off from Avon pier!!!

We started coming to the Avon, NC in the mid 1970's. At that time, there was only a handful of realtors and one restaurant on Avon. As fate might have it... I lost my glasses in the surf. There was not a telephone in the house we were renting, so I had to go to a real estate office to use their phone. I jokingly asked, ' do you have any property to sell'. Breeze Bay was built in 1994. After many years of hard work and continous updating, Breeze Bay is our pride and joy. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

The Outer Banks is unique. Most people think only of the ocean when they come to the OBX. We LOVE the beach too, and go almost every day we are here. What makes Breeze Bay great is it's location. We have a GREAT lot with 150 feet of bulk head, with a manicured lawn up to the edge of the bulkhead. This allows for many water activities such a Kayaking ( 2 are provided) fishing, crabbing, paddle boarding, and windsurfing/kite boarding. The lawn is designed to complement the bulkhead, giving Breeze Bay and additional area for outdoor recreation. Enjoy picnics and outdoor games on the water's of the Pamlico Sound.

The 'Widow Watch' deck on the 4th floor gives panoramic 360 degrees views of beautiful Hatteras Island. The Hot Tub is a great way to relax while enjoying the beach atmosphere.
