Tämä kiinteistö osti perheemme kesällä 2012 Florida loma-asunnoksi. Tämän 3BR, 3BA, 2200 neliön jalka kotiin päivitettiin sitten kaikki uudet huippuluokan Electrolux ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, uusi Samsung höyrypesukone ja kuivausrumpu, uudet nahkasohva, uusi keramiikka-apukeittiö ja länsi-elm-huonekalut sekä kaikki uudet kylpyammeet, patjat, liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Rakastat helppohoitoisia laattojen lattioita suurimman osan kodista. Kotimme tarjoaa lakaistaan Persianlahden näkymät kaikista talon huoneista. Kotona on kaunis oma uima-allas, joka voidaan lämmittää pyynnöstä.

Kolme ranta-polkupyörää, boogie-levyt, taittuvat rantatuolit, rantapyyhkeet, ranta matot, rantapussit, ranta ostoskoriin, aurinkovarjot, puhallettavat lautat, ranta- / allaslelut ja pieni jäähdytin sisältyvät.

On ulkosuihku, hiiligrilli ja ulkokalojen pesupöytä.

Tarjoamme myös 4 LCD-televisiota DirecTV: llä, DVD-soittimella, stereolla, IPOD-telakoilla, langattomalla internetyhteydellä ja suoralla puhelinlinjalla maksuttomiin paikallisiin / kaukopuheluihin. AT & T-mikrosolut tarjoavat paremman matkapuhelimen kattavuuden AT & T-matkapuhelimen käyttäjille.

Tämä 1st tier omaisuus on oikealla pyörätiellä ja on vain 100 askeleen päässä rannalta, jolla on helppo rantatiellä pääsy. Talossa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone: yksi king-makuuhuone, yksi makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja yksi makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta (erilliset vuoteet voidaan muuntaa king-vuoteeksi etukäteen). Perfect Family Stay!

This property is so beautiful! It is safe, quiet and the perfect place for a family get together. The house is set up so you have privacy from one another if you want it yet there is so much space for all of us to come together for meals and games. The owner is responsive and everything went smooth. A must stay!!!

This house has everything you need!

The house had everything we needed for a beach vacation...kitchen fully stocked, beach towels, beach gear, etc. It was very clean and very comfortable!! Everything was so well organized and labeled, which made it easy to navigate the house. The house feels very private and is a short, easy walk to the beach! Loved it!

Gorgeous Plantation home!

My husband and I absolutely loved this home! Jim was very easy to work with. I have no complaints. The house is in a great location. It is just a short walk to beach. It was well equipped, beautifully furnished and decorated. Most importantly, it was clean! Thanks for allowing us into your home! Given the opportunity, we will definitely be back next summer! Family Vacation

This is our second stay at Stardust Villa. The location is great, the owner has been very responsive to all questions/comments, and they have everything that you could possibly need at the house. This is an excellent property that I would recommend to anyone!

Perfect Beach Stay

Jim and Ann are wonderful hosts. Their house is perfect very close to the beach and has absolutely everything you need to keep your stay comfortable. Truthfully, you only need to bring clothes and stop at the grocery store. They have Absolutely everything else that you need. Definitely a perfect beach house to stay on the island.

Amazing

This was our third year as a family to enjoy Stardust Villa. The vacation home had everything to make our week perfect. The weather, ocean, Super Moon on July 3, dolphins daily were highlights. Our family rode the bikes multiple times daily. Jim and Ann are wonderful host. A perfect stay!

Stardust Villa

Our first time to SGI. Everything about this house was as described. Our hosts were easily accessible and very helpful. We had everything that we needed for days spent on the beach. The cart to haul chairs, umbrellas, etc to the beach was extremely helpful. We loved having the bikes to explore the island. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Great family vacation.

Our stay at the Stardust Villa was amazing. As many others have said, this place has it all. We brought way too much stuff that we didn't need as Jim and Ann have this property WELL stock with what you need for a great time on the beach. We had 4 adults and 3 children under 11 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet except for the new construction going on across and down the street, which was quite bearable. Definitely a great place for a vacation.

Awesome Beach Vacation

This place is great! Had a couple unforeseen things happen and the owner responded very fast. Had it straightened out in no time. House had everything you need, from beach towels to sand toys. Very short walk to the beach. Private pool is fantastic! Love the area and will definitely be coming back to the Stardust Villa

Good Location, well stocked

Stardust was a great choice for our family. The use of bikes and everything you need for the beach simplified our packing and rentals. There is far more in the kitchen than you really need, overall, a good property just a quick walk to the beach. Their beach wagon made taking all the chairs and umbrellas a snap and the quantity of all the beach items they have made our stay much easier, they even have pickleball paddles, skim boards and little beach tables for your snacks! Views from the 1st floor are great, and from the 2nd floor they are exceptional. Thank you for sharing your home. It was a terrific vacation.

Great family spot

We had a pleasant stay with our 3 children for spring break. The house is well-equipped and well-stocked. For our family of 5, we truly appreciated the multiple washers and dryers, extra beach towels, beach toys/chairs, and bicycles, as well as the option to heat the pool (needed for our chillier weather). The A/C was a bit wonky in the true master and didn't appear to cool very well but with the weather being cool, it wasn't a big deal and the ceiling fan worked extremely well to offset. We did notice on the wooden steps/decking, some of the boards were loose and some nails were poking up, which may be worth looking into for repairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed at Stardust Villa back in 2014 before we had kids. Everything we loved about our stay then; a house that had the needed comforts and then some, proximity to the beach and the views, private pool, bikes & bike path, beach & pool items and peaceful neighborhood were still as we remembered with some improvements. This time with our young kiddos our experience was different, a bit more hectic, but the house was still perfect! There is enough room for everyone to have their own space when needed as well as gather together. One of my favorites was the very useful outdoor shower with HOT WATER! Both kids thought it was cool to shower outside which was nice to take care of the sand before entering the house, We can't wait to visit again!!!

Great place

We loved our stay. The reviews are correct….Jim and Ann think of everything you might need. We had a great time and my daughter (13) loved the pool. The location was wonderful, too! We are ready to come back, soon!!! The owners kept in touch and communicated well. We have nothing negative to say….wonderful trip!!

A truly great all around experience

Wonderful experience staying a week at Stardust Villa. First, location is great with a nice view of the ocean even though it isn't "ocean front". The pool is perfect. Access to the beach is very close. The property and area are not crowded at all - no issue finding a spot at the beach close to the access path. The property has everything you need, including multiples (chairs, umbrellas, binoculars, games, beach towels etc.); it feels like it is their house and they are letting you use it for a week. You name it, they have it. Best part - the owners are accommodating, generous and flexible. Due to a family emergency we were in, out, then back in and they were very understanding. Thanks Jim & Ann!

The most accommodating vacation ever!

The reviews are true - this place is a true treasure. What you see in the pictures is what you get and I would argue the views are better than the pics show:). When everyone says this place has it all…this place has it all and we are a family with two toddlers who require a lot of stuff for life and for the beach. We brought more than we needed and when we return and we absolutely will return…our load will be much lightened because of how well equipped the house and beach supplies are. We swam in the pool and the Gulf, we watched dolphins, we biked, we grilled, we showered outdoors. An easy walk to the beach…even loaded down with supplies and children. A week filled with memories that will last a lifetime. And Jim is a true gem - easy going, laid back, attentive, informative. Couldn’t ask for a better stay and host. The 100+ five star reviews are spot on. Thanks, Jim and Ann!

What a wonderful home and caring hosts. They have already thought of everything you might need which was so thoughtful! The house was the perfect size for our family, and we enjoyed the beach, pool and bikes every day. Kitchen had everything we needed and house was very clean. Great Beach House!!

Our first time stay on SGI. We absolutely loved the property and our stay here! The house is stocked to stay in and cook all meals with every utensil, every cleaning item you might need, toys for the pool and everything needed for the beach. The house was clean, nicely furnished, plush towels and comfortable beds. We all had plenty of space to spread out and have a blast. The beach is a short block walk to a gorgeous white sandy beach! We loved the outdoor shower too. Jim has thought of everything, BEST VRBO we have ever stayed! Would like to return, we loved the quiet, laid back vibe!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Pack your suitcase and stop at the grocery store, this house has the rest! Clean, fully equipped with utensils, games, beach gear, bikes. The pool is a bonus! We enjoyed bike rides to the community pool too! The view can’t be beat.

Amazing Get-Away

The house was clean, well-stocked, and gorgeous....the owners thought of everything! The pictures really don't do the place justice. My wife and I purchased this property the spring of 2012 and since that time we have been working hard to bring it up to our high standards and to make it a special place for our family, friends, and renters. We have added many special touches to make it a place for our family to enjoy! We are from Bloomington, Indiana and we have three children ages 28, 31, 33. We rent this property when we are not using it, but use it as often as we can get to St. George Island.

The gated community of The Plantation on St. George Island is a lush, private, natural, unspoiled area without high rises or crowds. it is an area of abundant wildlife near Apalachicola, Florida. The Forgotten Coast and the Plantation on St. George Island meet our requirements perfectly.
