Right across the street from the World-Famous Daytona Beach and a short walk from the Halifax River, this condo is a hidden gem! THERE IS A MINIMUM 3 DAY RENTAL ON THIS CONDO!

FYI - our condo was built prior to the American Disability Act. There are no ramps and you need to walk up a set of flights to get to the lobby!

Our family chose this location for its unbeatable central proximity to both Daytona Beach and Port Orange, making it the perfect spot for your Florida getaway. It’s easy to find – just exit I-95 onto Dunlawton Avenue, take a right, and you’ll be on Atlantic Avenue heading straight to the beach!
As local owners, we are committed to providing a best-in-class vacation experience and are here to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Having grown up in New Jersey and Florida, we’ve been proud Floridians since the early 90s and have developed a deep love for the Central Florida area. We’re also huge fans of baseball, with the New York Mets being our team, though we admit, it can be challenging at times to stay loyal to both the Mets and the Jets!
