Tervetuloa perheen lomalle parhaimmillaan! Tämä fantastinen seitsemän makuuhuoneen, neljän kylpyammeinen koti sijaitsee suoraan Persianlahdella. Tämä koti tarjoaa yli 4500 neliöjalkaa ja tarjoaa palkkion tilaa koko perheelle leviämiseen ja rentoutumiseen.

Paradise Beach Homes hallinnoi ammattimaisesti 810 Ariola Drivea.

Kaunis tiiletikaala johtaa pääasialliseen oleskelutilaan: avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on katedraalin katot, iso taulutelevisio, panoraamaikkunat ja runsaasti mukavia istuimia, jotta voit nauttia näkymistä, myös vuodesohva. Suuressa, ruokailuhuoneessa olevaan keittiön keittiöön kuuluu paljon valmistelualuetta, kaksi täysikokoista jääkaappia, aamiaisbaari ja keittiöpöytä. Poikkeuksellisen tilava ruokasali mahtuu 18 mukavasti. Makuuhuoneet 1 ja 2 sijaitsevat keittiön ulkopuolella, ja niissä on eteinen. Makuuhuoneessa 1 on kaksi täyttä sänkyä, TV ja Persianlahden näkymät. Makuuhuoneessa 2 on yksi parisänky ja iso TV. Talon tällä puolella on myös pesutupa, jossa on pesuallas. Olohuoneen vastakkaisella puolella sijaitsevassa Master-sviitissä on king-vuode, kahden hengen kokoinen vuodesohva, oma kylpyhuone ylisuurilla suihkulla ja puutarha-amme sekä kauniit n��kymät Persianlahdelle. Kodin ylimmässä kerroksessa on parvi-alue, jossa vuodesohva ja kaksinkertainen ottomaanien vetäytyminen oleskelutilaan. Tällä tasolla on vielä neljä makuuhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa 4 on kaksi queen-vuodetta, TV, näkymät lahdelle ja täysi kylpyamme, joka aukeaa my��s saliin. Makuuhuone 5 on kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi kokonaista kerrossänkyä, toisessa parisänky ja iso TV. Makuuhuoneessa 6 on kaksi queen-vuodetta, TV ja yhden hengen kokoinen ottomaanien vetäytyminen. Makuuhuoneessa 7 on queen-vuode, täysi sohva, jossa kaksi vuodetta, iso TV ja Persianlahden näkymät. Kaikissa kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on salihalli.

Muita mukavuuksia ovat Persianlahden puolella oleva kannen alue, jossa grilli, Adirondack-tuolit ja iso ulkona oleva ruokapöytä. On paljon katettuja pysäköintialueita, ulkosuihku ja aidattu ranta-alueella, joka on täydellinen koirille (vain hyväksytyt rodut). Tämä koti on ihanteellinen suurille perheille, jotka nauttivat lomasta yhdessä.

Great setup for family groups

This beachfront rental was perfect for our family group of 10 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation, and the dining room allowed far everyone to eat together. We brought our Christmas tree with us and had a jolly good holiday.

Marriage venue

We got married on the beach in front of the house, then had a little reception under. The house was very accommodating for all my guest, if i had to say one negative thing is that they didn't have a bathroom downstairs. Guests had to go upstairs through the house to use the restroom. Other than that it was amazing, thank you for sharing your home it was and always will be a special part of our wedding story.

The views of the beach from the house were beautiful. The bunk room was perfect for our teenage grandsons. The bedrooms with 2 beds were perfect for moms and dads with small children. It was a short walk to ride the trolley and tour Pensacola Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with any items needed to cook family meals. It was very clean and and well-maintained. The pictures and descriptions of the home are accurate. Lots of great memories were made in this beautiful home.

2018 Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 32 gathers every 3 years from all over the US to bond and share famiky time. Our group was age 70 to age 3. We had rented two houses as we needed an elevator. This house was perfect for our beach location and comfortably slept 22 people. The house is gorgeous and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. The view and location cannot be beat!! The beach and Water are amazing, The rental office was great to work with us and assist with any issues that came up. We had a fabulous time.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was ready early and checkin was easy but we made the mistake of not checking the beds until it was time to go to sleep. Most of the sheets had sand in them and one bed had hair and dirt in it. (And before anyone says it’s the beach, sand is in everything-no, it’s not. This is the first place I’ve ever experienced this) Luckily we had some spare sets to change some of the sheets. Other than the absolutely disgusting scenario of sleeping in dirty beds, the location was great the house was fine for our group. I would recommend the rental agency put a sign up to prevent guests from making their own path through the dunes when there is a public walkway right out the side gate.

Fantastic property and location

We loved the space and number of beds this property provided. We loved being able to walk out the back door to the beach. We loved the big windows and views. We wish that beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas would have been provided, but we worked it out. Overall, we were happy and do recommend the property for large families (we were two whole families with mostly adults and four small children).

Family vacation 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house very much. The close access to the beach was very convenient. We had 9 grandkids ranging from 11 months old to 7 years old with us. Being able to go back and forth between the house and the beach was great! If you bring young children be sure to bring several baby gates. Stairs were the biggest issue. Loved the huge dining room table for our large family of 19. The upstairs deck had a secured gate which was helpful.

Great Beach House

This beach house was everything you could expect. Nice & clean when we arrived and lots of space along with a GREAT beach that was not crowded. Few little things came up during the stay that the rental company jumped right on and took care of. The worst part was checking in at 5pm in a long hot line outside as everyone was doing the same. Watch for messages on your phone for early check in and get there early just in case to beat the lines. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

The property only has 4 bathrooms, which became a bit crowded in the evenings when cleaning-up from a day on the beach. The countertops in all bathrooms are very short ... annoyingly short. Otherwise, the property was clean and well-appointed.

Couches were fantastic ,round coffe table a plus,and enoughroom for 5 couples and children . The bedrooms were large and able to accomadate pack and plays for babies.The kitchen is a nitemare! Toooo small for the number of people staying and size of house.
