You`re only steps away from Lake Loveland and 50 feet away is Veterans park with a playground, basketball court and tennis court. Downtown Loveland is less than a mile away. One of our favorite spots is “The Foundry”, which has a movie theatre, outdoor entertainment space with live music and restaurants.



The home has recently been completely remodeled top to bottom offering high end finishes throughout. West Elm Furniture, Pottery Barn Linens, All Clad Kitchen accessories + much more! Smart TVs in both the Living Room and Primary Bedroom.



Laundry Room has a washer and dryer for your convenience (laundry soap is provided).

The back patio is fully fenced but small. Plenty of seating out there for the family and just enough space for your pups.
