OCEANFRONT! Kauniisti sisustettu, moitteettomasti yllÀpidetty dupleksi valmis nauttiaksesi. Uutta vuodelle 2018: tÀysi liinavaatteet viikoittain vuokraamalla - ei vuodepaikkaa!

'Stars' on tÀmÀn yhden omistajan duplex-yksikön etelÀinen yksikkö. Tilava ajotie tarjoaa runsaasti pysÀköintitilaa - veneesi pysÀköintiin on jopa tilaa. SisÀÀn maanpinnan autokatos. TÀssÀ lÀhtötasossa on "The Alcove", jossa on mukava queen-vuode ja 32 "smart" TV Netflixin kanssa. Erityisen suosittu teini-ikÀisten keskuudessa, mutta tarpeeksi mukava aikuisille!

Yksi tarina ylöspÀin on tÀrkein oleskelutila, johon kuuluu olohuone, jossa on 60 tuuman taulutelevisio (fiksu) TV (kaapeli + Netflix) ja runsaasti mukavia istuimia. Ruokailutilassa on 8-paikkainen pöytÀ ja hyvin varustetussa keittiössÀ on graniittiset työtasot ja baari, jossa on 3 baarituolia. TÀssÀ kerroksessa on puoli kylpyamme, ja mikÀ tÀrkeintÀ, merenrantakansi pois olohuoneesta, jossa on ruokapöytÀ 6: lle ja kÀvelytie rannalle! Lyhyt kÀvelymatka kÀvelytieltÀ ja olet hiekassa!

YlimmÀssÀ kerroksessa on meressÀ sijaitseva Master-sviitti, jossa parisÀnky, taulutelevisio (fiksu) TV (kaapeli + Netflix) ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Ovi kÀytÀvÀltÀ johtaa toiseen kerrokseen peitetylle kannelle ja kattokanteen korkeimmalle, josta on parhaat nÀkymÀt merelle pÀivÀllÀ, tÀhdet yöllÀ. TÀmÀ on loistava paikka auringonlaskun saavuttamiseen ja tÀhtitöihin yöllÀ!

Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta ovat myös tÀllÀ tasolla. Makuuhuoneessa 2 on queen-vuode ja taulutelevisio (fiksu) TV (kaapeli + Netflix). Kolmas makuuhuone tai "kerrossÀnky" on tÀydellinen lapsille, joissa on kaksi kerrossÀnkyÀ ja taulutelevisio "fiksu" televisio (kaapeli + Netflix). KÀytÀvÀssÀ on tÀysi kylpyamme, joka palvelee nÀitÀ kahta makuuhuonetta, joissa on kylpyamme / suihku.

Muita hienoja ominaisuuksia ovat kaasugrilli (joka sijaitsee autokatos) tuoreiden paikallisten merenelÀvien tai pihvien grillaamiseen. Autotallissa on suljettu ulkona oleva kuuma / kylmÀ suihku - aina hauskaa suihkussa ulkona! RantakÀytÀvÀn lopussa on myös letku huuhtelua varten hiekalle matkallasi rentouttavasta ja leikkivÀstÀ pÀivÀstÀ. Nauti myös peleistÀ, kirjoista ja viimeisistÀ lehdistÀ.

Absolutely magnificent

The house was beautiful and the location and access to beach was so worth its weight in gold! The only thing was that this is a duplex so of you prefer solo with no close neighbors its not for you. The access was perfect and right on the beach.

Breathtaking Location

The house was perfect for our stay. It's located on a quieter section of beach. We could watch sunsets rise over the ocean in the morning and then set over the intercoastal in the evening from the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Great place to stay!

We recently just stayed at Up On The Roof and had a great time! The weather was perfect, the place was updated, very clean and had great access to the beach, we could not have asked for more. We also met the owners who were very nice and helpful and we enjoyed meeting them. We love visiting Topsail and will definitely be visiting again soon!

Right on the Beach!!

God’s Grace is perfect if you are looking to be right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our last minute reservation getting us into a rental a night early. We will be back if life takes us to Topsail again!

on the beach

if you are looking for a place that you can just walk out off your deck onto the beach this is it. Well appointed home plenty of space, we enjoyed our stay tremendously the boys just love being able to go down to the beach.

Great property and location!

Everything was as it was portrayed in the listing. Very nicely updated home and very comfortable. We love that section of North Topsail Beach and have vacationed there every year for 18 years. This was easily one of our favorite beach houses we’ve stayed in. Our family enjoyed the house and had a great stay!

Perfection!

This house is directly on the beach with minimal beach goer traffic. The house has everything you need with an amazing roof top deck with spectacular morning and evening views. We had a few rainy days but were entertained with excellent entertainment whether it was a movie, board games, or watching sports. We loved waking up before sunrise and walking 50 feet to the water and walking towards the sunrise (the beach faces south). My daughter and I walked all the way to the pier which is 3.5 miles away.We had an amazing time and look forward to being a lifelong customer!

Great place to stay!

Sisters Weekend

Really enjoyed one long weekend. My only complaint is the number of stairs my 73 year old arthritic body had to endure. Other than that, we had everything we needed and the view from the three decks was spectacular.

Great Getaway

Loved it. Only downside for us was the area. We go out to eat frequently and the local options aren't quite on par with what we're used to in the D.C. area. All the more reason to use the great kitchen and spend more time closer to the beach.

Absolute Gem - Best North Topsail Rental

We have used Vrbo since it was launched, and this property absolutely nailed it. The checkin was easy, hosts were super fast to respond, property was clean and in great condition, and the views were amazing. We typically judge vacation rentals on cleanliness, the hosts, the beds, and relaxation vibes. We were able to enjoy full vacation mode and enjoy our time off. WiFi was fast and the signal was great throughout the home for weekday work. Appliances seemed almost brand new. Beds were very comfortable (our biggest gripe with many rentals). The decks were amazing. The pictures do not do them justice. We didn’t want to leave, and we will be regulars from now on. Thanks for the great memories!

Fantastic beach vacation home!

This was the perfect place to spend a week at the beach. The setup of the house was perfect. The following features made it very comfortable and functional. Direct beachfront access, outdoor patio with multiple tables, large kitchen island for preparing food, fully functional kitchen with all appliances and food preparation utensils, second floor patio, third floor patio for star gazing, outdoor shower, grill, and paddleboard rentals across the street. We had a great time, it was very relaxing and so nice to walk out the back door and onto the beach!

5 Stars at the Stars

We have been coming to Topsail Island since 2014 , this is our 6th visit and hands down this was the best rental we have ever had...house was very up to date and the rooftop deck was excellent with new furniture and decking.. They advertised starter supplies and they meant it, unlike all the other properties that we habe rented.. The owners are very kind and quick to respond if needed..theirs sons stopped by too see if we needed anything AND gave our kids tips on how and what to fish for.. Easily, the rent rate an 11 out of 10!!!!

Can't beat it!

You can't beat this house and it's location! This part of North Topsail only has one row of houses so you are basically by yourself! The view is amazing and you can hear the ocean as soon as you open the door. The house is exactly as pictured. It is clean, open, and airy. We were there over Thanksgiving and the kitchen has everything and more that you would need.

Great December get-away

We enjoyed five days at the beach in late December. The weather was wonderful - sunny and warmer than we expected. The property was as described - clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a plus being able to include our dog in the stay - she loved the beach as well. The decks were gated which made it very easy to enjoy visiting outdoors with the dog as well. Communicating with Amy was easy and she was very responsive to our needs. Thank you!

Amazing

We arrived to everything in place, clean,cool, and as described. We had awesome weather. We were very fortunate to meet the owner's with a nice welcome. This home is very well equipped, up to date and met our every need. And our pet loved the decking, walking and laying on the beach under our umbrella. The Spark's rentals rock! And we will return again.
