Nauti ilmaisesta golfista, ilmaisesta kalastuksesta, ilmaisesta purjelautailusta, ILMAISEKSI Baytowne Wharfin seikkailualueen passista ja ILMAISISTA elokuvien vuokrauksesta loman jokaisena päivänä. 1 aikuinen passi toimintaa kohti päivässä. Tutustu SoWal-pakettiin ei sisällä yli 14 yön oleskelua. Tiedustele sääntöjä ja rajoituksia.

Tärkeimmästä oleskelutilasta avautuu uskomattomia näkymiä Persianlahden edelle ja tilava, mutta intiimi parveke. Sisustus on moderni rantalomökki, ja se auttaa varmasti rentoutumaan Destin-loman aikana. Olohuoneessa on 40 tuuman HDTV ja DVD-soitin. Päivitetyssä keittiössä on kaikki kodin mukavuudet - kaikki mitä tarvitset kauniiden aterioiden luomiseen. Laitteesta löytyy myös pesukone / kuivausrumpu, joka on erittäin kätevä. Master-sviitti on unelma, jossa on uskomattomat vaaleat, lämpimät värit, king-size-Tempur-Pedic-patja, oma pääsy parvekkeelle ja valtavat ikkunat Persianlahden näköalalla. Armoiressa on 39 "taulutelevisio. Master-kylpyhuone on päivitetty ja tilava kaksoisallasineen. Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode Tempur-Pedic-patjalla ja siinä on 32 'taulutelevisio. Vieraskylpyhuoneeseen pääsee vierashuoneesta ja oleskelutilasta. Älä unohda queen-size-vuodesohvaa olohuoneessa, joka tarjoaa nukkumisjärjestelyt vielä kahdelle vieraalle!

Destin Commons ja Harborwalk Village ovat nopean ajomatkan päässä ja tarjoavat uskomattomia ostospaikkoja, venesatamaa ja täydellisiä paikkoja, joilla voit ottaa auringonlaskun pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla.

Great condo and vacation!

This condo was excellent! Great communication with the renters and easy to check-in. Super clean and looks just like the pictures. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Location was great and loved being on the 3rd floor because of the easy access from the parking garage. Would for sure stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo was very nice and the pictures and description that was advertised was accurate. Well appointed beachfront ( not just beach view!) condo . We also liked the 3rd floor level...high enough to be above the dunes for a great beach/ocean view..and on the same level we parked (made unloading /loading car easier with no long elevator rides). Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice and in great location. Do not recommend Destin in July. It was extremely hot and humid. Restaurants were near to impossible to get in but it was nice to hang out at condo and watch sunsets

We had a wonderful time in 310! The place was so clean and hard a beautiful view! The only recommendation I have, please remove the incense oil that sits in the living room. It is so strong that it gave us a headaches. I had to wrap it in 3 plastic bags and put it on the balcony so we couldn't smell it. Other than the oil, the condo is great!

This condo is super nice, directly on the beachfront. 3rd floor level allows you to park on same level in parking deck so no stairs/elevators needed when unpacking/packing your stuff. Some units in this building are more on the side of the building with some limits to your beach views...but not this one . You have beachfront views out of both the living room and master bedroom. I WILL stay at this condo again!

As advertised and in a perfect location!

When you open the front door, you immediately see the emerald waters and light surf through the balcony glass doors. The beach is a very short walk and you can park in the covered garage that is located on the same floor as the condo. Very convenient and easy to get your bags and groceries to the condo. The condo is located perfectly between Destin and 35A. Excellent spot for venturing out. We stay in lots of VRBO rentals. You cannot go wrong with this rental IMO. If we were to go back to that area, we would rent it again. Thanks!

It was far enough away from the really busy tourist areas, but a 15-30 min drive from those areas if you want that area too. Condo was very nice. We had to get used to the beds, they are like laying on hard foam, not much give, but we adjusted. I would recommend a night light for the bathrooms so you don't have to turn on the big bright lights in the night or early morning. We would rent in this complex again, peaceful and the pictures were very accurate. We have already told several friends and family and they are wanting to go to!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit before, then like now it was very nice, absolutely no complaints about the unit, it's location on the beach, the facilities (minus the parking garage) all were as before exceptional, this would be our annual go to unit if recent changes to parking hadn't occurred, the unit is very nice and well appointed. Parking on the other hand is not what it was and is problematic for us (height restricted to 6'5") and I know I am in the minority on this issue, but if you were wondering why we won't be returning, sadly the (1) thing completely out of your control will be what it is.........our vehicle is 80+/- inches tall, no provisions as in the past for oversized vehicles is available......again not your fault, but in our case it cost us $1,400.00 extra for rented transportation that fell within the restrictions, so, great place, would love to return as we have this year, sadly we won't be......

It’s maintained extremely well and has everything you need to have a great stay. Beds were comfy and there is plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. Kitchen was perfect. We cooked in several nights and had everything we needed. The resort is first class as everything was kept very clean and manicured. We literally had the best time and were beyond pleased with our unit and the resort. Very impressive! we would rent this unit again without hesitation. My only suggestion, and this doesn’t reflect poorly on the unit at all is the beach service. Just skip it and use your own chairs.

Updated but Missing Tech Needs

Great place to relax and excellent location. Should you have younger kids and it rains keeping you indoors, you might need to bring you’re own tech. the owners need to step up their technology. None of the TVs (or DVD players ) are “smart tech”. Netflix, Prime, etc... are not accessible in this condo’s electronics. Was important to us given the rain and younger kids... may not be for others. We did call the property manager who informed us they did not have a solution other than going out to Review their dvd library options. Fortunately, we brought our own. Great spot and updated nicely... we were bit by the weather and tech bug.
