Mi Casa Su Casa on juuri sitä miltä se kuulostaakin, kodinomaisen. Tämä on yksi vuode, yksi kylpy 1039 m² jalka huoneisto, jossa suuri makuuhuone (100% prima puuvillaa tai bambu levyt), hyvän kokoinen olohuone, tilava keittiö ja kylpyhuone (bambu pyyhkeet) ja kävellä suihku. 7. yö ilmaiseksi ympäri vuoden - kirja 7 yötä ja maksaa vain 6.

Rakastettu remontti vuonna 2010 ja uudelleen vuonna 2017 teak patio huonekalut, kovapuusta makuuhuoneen lattia (King-vuode, ylimitoitettu tuoli, joka muuntaa parivuode majoittaa lapsi), silestone työtasot, epätavallinen taideteos, mukavat sohvat (suurempi oleskelutila muuttuu queen-vuode), täysin varusteltu keittiö, kaikki mitä tarvitset tehdäksesi jopa kiitospäivällisen.

Jos ruoanlaitto ei ole osa lomasta suunnitelmia, on ihana ranta baari ja ravintola vieressä ja virallisempi ravintolaan illalliselle.

Huomaa, että nykyisin (elokuusta 2017 lähtien) on aktiivinen rakennustyömaa Retreatin vieressä. Sekä talvi- että kesäkursseja on vähennetty 15% korvaamaan sinulle mahdolliset haitat, joita sivusto saattaa aiheuttaa. Hankkeen odotetaan valmistuvan syksyllä 2019.

Retreat on oma 1200 jalka yksityinen valkoinen hiekkaranta, makean veden allas, kuntosali ja tenniskenttä.

BBQs ovat saatavilla sivustoon käyttöä ja ranta on runsaasti aurinkotuoleja ja tuoleja. Johtuen Sen sijainti, olemme onnekkaita pystyä nauttimaan ympäri vuoden auringonlaskuista päässä rannasta. Muista pysyä jälkeen aurinko laskee ja nauttia hämmästyttävä värit taivaalla. Spectacular ei edes käynnisty kuvata kauneutta.

Ocean on vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Meillä on 4 polkupyörää omaan käyttöön, DVD, kirjoja ja mikä tärkeintä huoleton loma, paikan päällä ammatillinen rahastoyhtiö.

Otamme mukavuus hyvin vakavasti ja löydät kaikki tuoli, tyyny, sänky, pyyhe ja liinavaatteet ostettu mielessä.

Perfect Slice of Peaceful Paradise!

Everything about this was perfect!Communication - As soon as we made our booking, the hosts reached out to us with lots of information about the rental and the island. It was like having our own personal travel advisor! The communication remained excellent leading up to and throughout the entire trip. Cleanliness - I only wish I kept my house as clean as this rental is! No dirt or grime, no sand, no yuckiness at all. Everything was spotless.Provision - The condo is beyond well stocked. When I realized there was something I forgot to pack (a beach bag, aloe, etc), it was right there waiting for us. Everything we needed was provided. Beach gear, kitchen equipment, huge amounts of towels, games, paper products, detergent, and more. Location - As the listing says, this rental is far from the main tourist area on the island. If you want quick and easy access to a large variety of restaurants, shopping, and such, this isn't the place for you. However, if you want peace and quiet, this is it!!The best part of the location is the beach area! The 7 Mile beaches are well known for their beauty, but they are boring compared to this one! The beach here has beautiful sandy areas and other rocky places teeming with life. Just off shore, you will find an area of gorgeous coral full of fish in shallow water. If you are up to swimming a bit further out, there is one of the best snorkel spots on the island. We spent hours snorkeling and exploring!The perfect place!

Great holiday at The Retreat Rum Point

The condo was clean, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Seemed to have everything you could think of. Really liked the nice touch of the welcome basket. The hosts were brilliant and communicated throughout our stay to assist with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to come back.

Rum Point Retreat

The condo unit was very clean and well appointed. It's in a very good location at the tip of Rum Point with a small private beach. Rum Point is on the quiet side of the island well away from the busy areas of George Town and Seven Mile Beach. The owners were always available to communicate with and were very receptive to any needs we had. After we had booked the unit and well before we arrived the owners sent a long email with a lot of information on restaurants, things to do, where to shop, etc. It was extremely helpful to plan our days with all the information that was provided. It was great to have beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, snorkeling gear and other items to take when we explored other beaches around the island. All said, it was a wonderful condo to spend a week in when visiting Grand Cayman.

A Slice of Paradise

The property could not be more perfect for my husband and I. The condo was impeccably clean (their house keeper is a perfectionist) as well as stocked with everything we could need and a binder filled with local knowledge. Val and Dave are just the perfect hosts you are looking for. The view of the Caribbean from the screened in balcony was so relaxing. The location of the property was close enough to a grocery store (that will deliver), restaurants, water sports, white sandy beaches, beautiful snorkeling and other adventures. The location is on the more peaceful side of Grand Cayman, away from all the hustle and bustle. We did rented a car for the week allowing us to explore elsewhere on the island and realized Rum Point was for us the perfect spot from sun rises to the amazing sun sets.

We had a wonderful week at Rum Point, where we have stayed previously. A special shout-out to Valerie, the owner, who was extraordinarily attentive to us from the very start. Excellent, thoughtful and timely communications and all the little extras (like a welcome basket, a great list of suggested "to-do's," coolers and freezer packs and more!). Mi Casa Su Casa is in a perfect location and had everything (and I really do mean everything) that we needed to enjoy a wonderful week.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

Our stay at Mi Casa Su Casa was a wonderful respite from New England winter. The area is spectacular, with a sandy beach, a quiet inlet, and snorkeling right from shore. No need to sign up for a tour group!Val and Dave were perfect hosts, checking in with before and during our stay, and giving us really helpful information. The only thing that prospective renters should keep in mind is that this quiet location, while it has restaurants close by, is a good drive from other services. So be sure you are prepared to drive or cab to supermarkets, etc. We had our taxi driver make a quick stop from the airport to a large market on the way in. And three cheers to our perfect Super Hosts!

Great Location!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It feels like you are staying at a friend's place. Val had great information and communication beforehand and was so quick to answer any questions we had while we were there as well as keeping us posted on island events that might affect our stay. Val and Dave really care about your stay. It is a fully stocked condo. The kitchen has everything you would need if you decide to do a lot of cooking in; and Val has some great recommendations if you want to eat out. Bed and furniture is very comfortable and the decor is so lovely and homey. The screened deck is a great place to relax! Solaris is steps away and though they can get busy, the noise does not carry to the condo. I definitely recommend staying at Rum Point. You can see the sunrise and sunset from there. Great snorkeling right out front of the condo. We saw turtles, stingray, a barracuda, and a reef shark (the last 2 were a little further out). Loved it!!

The condo was extremely nice. The owners provided snorkel gear and beach chairs, which we found very helpful. They also gave us restaurant recommendations and were readily available for any questions or concerns. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and Val provided a very nice gift basket. Beautiful location at Rum Point! Thank you Val!

The condo is beautiful, Valerie has it nicely decorated and was very clean.The host communicates well she provides you with a wealth of information. We had a wonderful time there. We left the day before the hurricane came in. I would definitely book with her again. So glad I chose this condo!

Lovely hosts and condo

Val and Dave are the best hosts! The condo was equipped with anything that you might need...right down to picnic basket, extra beach chairs (we used at other beaches), plenty of kitchen supplies, the list goes on! Val was very easy to reach for any questions. The condo is on the quiet side of the island, exactly what we wanted. We had the pool to ourselves every day. It was a little piece of heaven. We would go back for certain.

March stay in the caymans

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the retreat. We had great response to questions and no issues at all. Everything we needed was provided and beach was great for snorkeling and relaxing. Saw and filmed many turtles, barracuda, angel fish and many other fish types. There was a baby stingray at the beach in the shallow waters almost every day. Glad to have stayed here this year. Looking forward to our next trip to the caymans. We are divers so we drive to Georgetown area and dive from there. Next year we will dive north side.

We are the Mullen family. Val, Dave and children Kalem and Shane. Although Irish, we have lived in Grand Cayman for 27 years and now have dual citizenship. We came to Cayman on a 3 year work contract and never went home again. Both our children (aged 26 and 21) were born here and we now all call Cayman home.

After a 10 year search for the perfect beach location (we live in George Town for ease of work and the boys' schooling), we decided that there is just nowhere nicer than the Retreat. It is the perfect property in the perfect location. It's a quiet getaway but still has all the facilities you need to enjoy Island life - picture perfect beaches, delicious restaurants, sporting facilities and of course the amazing ocean.

The colours of the sea are just amazing. The year round sunsets was a major draw for us. The water is calm and shallow. The area in front of the Retreat is a marine park and is home to a lot of friendly fish.
