Tällä Persianlahden edessä sijaitsevalla kodilla on todellinen vau-tekijä! Omistaja kiinnitti huomiota yksityiskohtiin ja lopputulos on ihana. Keittiössä on räätälöity kalustus, Keurig-kahvinkeitin, Wolf-laitteet, kuten höyryuuni ja kvartsitasot. Ruokailutilassa on kaksi ruokapöytää, joissa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja 16 hengelle. Paradise Beach Homes hallinnoi ammattimaisesti 204 Ariola Drivea. Olohuone on mukava ja kutsuva. Siellä on yhteensä kuusi makuuhuonetta, joista kahdessa on erilliset king-vuoteet, kahdessa yhden hengen queen-vuodetta, toisessa kaksi täyttä sänkyä ja toisessa kaksi sarjaa mukautettuja pankkeja. Kaikissa huoneissa kerrossänkyjä lukuun ottamatta on parveke. Olohuoneesta on suuri katettu Persianlahden etukansi, josta on näköala kuohuviinien uima-altaalle (uima-allas ei ole lämmitetty). Aidatun pihan eteläpuolella on portti, josta on aukko puinen puinen jalkakäytävä, joka johtaa dyynilinjan reunaan. Pysäköinti on pysäköintialustalla. Perfect spring break destination!

House was great. Well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, etc! The only complaint I have is that what looked like a hot tub on the listing was actually a “water feature,” which did not heat. While the listing said the water features were not heated, it was a little unclear and we were disappointed. BUT, overall very happy and would return!!

The beach was beautiful and not crowded, great restaurants close by, the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in, plenty of linens, 2 fridges, 2 coffee pots and a beautiful pool/outdoor fire pit area! We had 4 families (celebrating our 20 year class reunion) and could not have been happier with this rental. Paradise beach homes was very responsive and great to work with. Pensacola beach is our new favorite....water and beach as pretty as Destin but without the crowds!

The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of pots and pans.Beds were comfortable. Each room has its own control for AC and heat and we loved that.Pool was super nice.Easy access to the beach from the pool area.Only down side is there are a lot of steps since the house is built on pillars but I would still stay here again. We loved it and had a wonderful times with good friends.

The mattress was very uncomfortable- there was a “topper “ on the mattress that had no support! We both had problems with that.

This is situated behind 2 gulf front properties and has a view between them. Stayed during a cold October week, and the pool never warmed because it was shaded by nearby houses, and what we thought would be a jacuzzi is not heated. Overall great!

Family Birthday Celebration

While the online photos of the home were beautiful, they were understated as the property was beyond our expectations. The pool in particular is much larger than it appears in the photos. We appreciated the steps into the pool as well as the ledge that runs along one side. A suggestion would be for the description of the house to reflect there are 3 bedrooms with ensuites on the Main level and 2 Bedrooms with ensuites with an attached Bunkroom which shares a Bathroom. This worked perfectly for us! Enjoyed having food and entertainment within walking distance while enjoying privacy at the house. Can't say enough about the access to the beautiful beach!
