Uusi kaunis kuuden makuuhuoneen / 6. 5-kylpy Persianlahden edessä rannalla kotiin 1110 Ariola Drive, joka nukkuu 19! Nauti upeista näkymistä rannalle ja lahdelle melkein jokaisesta huoneesta tässä 5000 neliön jalkakohdassa. Täydellinen perhejuhliin!

Paradise Beach Homes hallinnoi ammattimaisesti 1110 Ariola Drivea.

Avoimessa, ilmavassa ja tyylikkäässä olohuoneessa, ruokailutilassa ja keittiössä on pääsy parvekkeelle (astu pois parvekkeelta ja olet rannalla!) ja lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat näkymät.

Päämakuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja sohva (täydellinen pienelle), toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös kuningas, ja kolmas makuuhuone on ihanteellinen lapsille. Kaksi erillistä vuodetta täyden kerrossängyn kanssa (vuodepaikkoja 6). Makuuhuoneessa 4 on kaksi kuningatara, makuuhuoneessa 5 on kaksi kaksoset ja makuuhuoneessa 6 on toinen kuningas. Keittiössä on 10 kupin kahvipannu.

Auringossa kastetun päivän jälkeen rannalla ja parvekkeella käydyn illallisen jälkeen (kaasugrilli käytettävissä) on viihdettä kaikille sisällä langattomalla internetyhteydellä ja taulutelevisiolla. Hissi on saatavilla vieraille, joilla on lääketieteellisiä tarpeita. Kahden auton autotalli vieraiden käytettävissä. Vietä lomaasi rentouttaen tässä kauniissa Persianlahden edessä olevassa kodissa! We were told this at check-in and Paradise Beach Homes provided a 2 burner electric plate to use. This set up made it very difficult to boil shrimp and prepare spaghetti dinner for 12. Paradise Beach Homes has ALWAYS been great rent through.

Family Thanksgiving and Birthday Celebration

Although the weather did not cooperate and the stomach bug decided to invade our stay, this house was AMAZING. This home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials. Absolutely loved the beautiful view of the ocean and the easy access to the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for washing off the sand. I highly recommend this beautiful house. Paradise Beach has a very friendly staff with easy check-in/check-out. This was our first visit to Pensacola Beach and we plan to come back.

Best view on the beach

The house was great and we really enjoyed our stay this last week. As mentioned above….the view off the main back deck might be one of the best on the beach. The boardwalk to the beach was great and an easy trek to the ocean. There were a few things that we didn’t love. The check in and out process of stopping by the main office was a pain and unnecessary. With technology, this process could be streamlined. Also, we were not very happy that the house only came with two trash bags and only one roll of toilet paper at each toilet. When we called the office, we were told that we could come by the office again and get some more. Overall, the house was a great house to stay for our family.

Lovely beachfront home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house over the 4th of July weekend. We had 8 adults and 1 child. Being able to walk out to the beach was so convenient! Nice sand on the beach, not very crowded at all. A little bit of rough surf a couple of days. We could see fireworks in various places on the 4th from our house. We rented chairs for each day from Lazy Days Beach Rentals which they set up and took down every day. Very worth it! The house had everything we needed. A nice bonus was the ice machine and the extra fridge. The outdoor shower was really appreciated as well. Going into town for groceries and dining was a bit of a challenge but maybe it’s better when not a holiday? We would definitely stay here again!

Best Week Ever

We had 3 year olds to 70 year olds and this house worked out perfect for all of us. We found this house very well appointed in the Kitchen which was a welcome surprise and everyones beds and rooms were comfortable. Access to the beautiful sand and ocean was the icing on the cake. Everyone also raved about how comfortable those couches were. We have rented on Pensacola Beach a number of times and this house so far has been our favorite.

Family Reunion beach vacation

Our stay at the house was just as we imagined it would be. The Beach! was so close, so clean and it was just off the deck. 4 families gathered here, 8 adults and 6 kids ages from 6-17, we loved the layout of the home with every bedroom having a bathroom. The elevator was a huge help with our senior citizens of the group along with one of us with knee issues. It made being on the Gulf possible. just would not have be possible with out it. Kitchen was well supplied with all the essentials, we lacked nothing, the double fridges were a huge help with the large group we had. The home has two garage stalls that are useable and lead out to the walkway to the beach. Just off of the garage there is an out side shower to help with the beach sand. There is a small selection of beach supplies in the garage, boogie boards, umbrella’s etc. not sure if they will be there as not noted in description but were there for us, which was nice. We highly recommend this home as it was just so relaxing visiting in the LR or on the deck, and of coarse the Beach!

Can’t beat the location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (8 people) rented this awesome house last week on Pensacola beach. You honestly cannot get closer to the beach. You can sit on the decks and hear the gulf rolling in and see the beautiful emerald green water. Deck had plenty of seating for our party of 8. We rented chairs and umbrellas from Lazy Days and they were just steps from our walkway to the beach! The house was set up nicely with a large master/ king on the main level and 2 masters upstairs/ kings facing the gulf with their own baths. 1 twin bedroom with bath also faces the gulf with access to upper deck. I would suggest being able to make that a king for adults , but that’s my opinion. I would want little children staying in that room with the deck access. Then room with 2 queens and bath facing street and down the hall another room with double bed under twin bunks with bath facing street. The house has 2 refrigerators which was awesome! Washer and dryer have seen better days . Dryer takes forever to dry towels. They let us know at check in that the ice maker was not working and filled our freeze with ice bags and on Monday the ice maker was fixed. They text us when the house was ready, which was 3 hours earlier than we expected! Oh also the house has an elevator which we needed for 2 people. You must ask in advance for it to be unlocked if u need it. The kitchen has 2 ovens and most everything u need. Could use a few more mixing bowls and steak knives. We ate at the house 3 nights of our stay because the waits were crazy at some of the restaurants. If u intend to go to Peg Leg Pete’s go when they open at 4! Casinos ( ate there 2 nights)was great. We loved being able to sit outside and see the beach and gulf! Crabs was also good. Shaggy’s was good too. Never made it to Flounders, which I hear is good or The Grand Marlin. It was a fabulous trip! Don’t hesitate to rent this house. I would rent again in a heartbeat!
