Kaunis, viihtyisä mökki järvellä

Tule nauttimaan kodikkaasta mökistämme Docilla ja Tom Lakella. Meillä on upeat näkymät, nautimme kotkien nousevan yläpuolella, kuuntelemme loonien soittoja ja katsomme niitä monien erityyppisten ankkojen ohella. Vietä päivä kalastuksella ja nauttimalla lahdemme rauhasta tai nauttia kaikista urheilujärviharrastuksista. Järvi tarjoaa erinomaisen kalastuksen hauelle, bassoille, crappielle ja monille pannukalaille.

Lisäsimme kauniin rannan kesäkuussa 2018, se on loistava paikka lapsille leikkiä, uida tai vain viettää aikaa.

Olemme vain 2. 5 tunnin päässä Novin / Northvillen alueelta, puoli tuntia Cadillacista ja 1. 5 tunnin päässä Traverse Citystä, myös vain puoli tuntia pohjoiseen Mt. Miellyttävä / huiman Eagle-kasino. Syyskuun lopusta lokakuun loppuun voit nauttia näyttävistä syksyn väreistä. Pelaa golfia alueen monilla golfkentillä, vene, kajakki, vesihiihto upealla järvellä. Retkeily, pyörä, moottorikelkka tai maantie alueen laajoilla ORV-polkuilla. Alueella on useita hiihtokeskuksia, joissa voit nauttia hiihtämisestä tai lumilautailusta päivää ennen kuin palaat nauttimaan viihtyisästä mökistä.

Mökissä on 2 makuuhuonetta, toisessa queen-vuode ja toisessa kaksi queen-vuodetta, yksi täysi kylpyamme, parvi mukavalla kuningatar futonilla, tarpeeksi tilaa nukkua 6 - 8 aikuista mukavasti. Siellä on täydellinen keittiö, jossa on kattilat / pannut, ruokailuvälineet ja astiat. Vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet sisältyvät hintaan.

Tule pitkään viikonloppu tai oleskele jonkin aikaa. Vietä jonkin verran laatuaikaa perheen kanssa tai nauti kaikesta Michiganin tarjoamasta kauneudesta tekemällä hiljainen kävely metsässä tai rauhallinen veneretki järven ympäri ja monia kanavia. Emme voi odottaa sinun tulevan nauttimaan viihtyisästä mökistämme!

Another awesome family vacation!

This was our second vacation here and we love it! We swim, fish and enjoy the beautiful lake! The property is very clean and well-kept and the owners are great and super responsive.

Heaven

The property owners helped with anything we needed. They were very kind. We enjoyed talking with them and meeting their dogs. They did not bother us during our stay. The cabin was so amazing. We stayed with 4 adults. We totally enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and wildlife. We caught bowfin, bass, pike and lots of bluegill. The pontoon was awesome.

Family Vacation

Our recent stay at the lake house was everything we hoped for and more. I visited with my husband and our two teenage daughters, and we all had such a wonderful time. The lake itself was a dream—private and peaceful, which made the whole experience feel like a true escape. We spent hours fishing, boating, and enjoying the little beach area where we could relax and play in the water without any crowds. We also enjoyed playing at some of the nearby golf courses.The house was spotless, beautifully maintained. The view of the lake from the house was simply stunning—waking up to that each morning was such a treat. This was a truly memorable family vacation. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the time together in such a beautiful place. I would absolutely recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a family friendly getaway.

Great house on Doc & Tom

This house was great for us right on the lake with a beach and a pontoon. The owners are very nice and helpful. The deck is a good sitting area with plenty of space. Beds are comfortable. I would recommend for a peaceful stay with fantastic views.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay! We loved having a boat! Our kids caught tons of fish, enjoyed exploring all the little islands on the lake (one has a rope swing into the water!) and had great quality time together. There’s a little town about 10 min away to get the basics if you need anything. Owners were so friendly! Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We rented this beautiful lake house for the weekend while in town for a friends wedding near by. Everything was perfect for our stay. It was even better than the pictures, beautiful views, comfortable beds, and amazing sunsets! We will definitely stay again when visiting our friends in Michigan!

Amazing Weekend

The property was great! Kids had so much fun, and so did the adults. We relaxed by the private beach, played with the provided kayaks, paddle board, and paddle boat and had a bunch of fun on the pontoon boat as well! Owners were attentive and responded right away! The lake was quiet and everyone around was so nice. I didn’t hear an “Mom, I’m bored,” the entire weekend!

Great property that comes with a pontoon boat, my kids and I had an amazing week of fishing, swimming, and relaxing. The owners were next door during the weekend and were very helpful with questions about the property and the area, not intrusive at all. We had a great week here and hope to go back soon! Great vacation

We all had a great time at this lake house. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and they were great at answering all of my questions! The house could use air conditioning but if you leave the windows open it was fine.

Another great time at the Cozy Cabin

We were looking for a girls weekend away to hang out, play in the snow, watch movies, play games and hang out, we opted to return to this rental because we had such a great experience last year and we were not disappointed. The property was clean, the owners are friendly and communication was easy. We’ll be back in the future for sure.

Peaceful, beautiful setting!

We enjoyed our time at the Lake in this wonderful Cottage. It had everything we needed to entertain 4 lively granddaughters, swimming and kayaking and lots of birds! After the girls left, it was so quiet and serene. We sat on the deck drinking coffee and enjoyed tooling around the Lake in a pontoon. The location was close to golfing, zip lines and pasties. The stars at night were amazing.

Good times at the cozy cabin

The cabin felt more like a home, very nice and comfortable. We had a great time with our family on our 33rd anniversary. Leise was very nice and friendly. Our grandchildren had a blast with the kayaks and paddle boat. Great firepit with plenty of firewood was awesome. We had a couple of rainy days so didn't get to use the pontoon as much as we would have liked. Would definitely recommend and are planning on going back next year. Thanks Leise for your hospitality.

Great time, fun fishing, we are already talking about coming back.

We had a great time fishing. We caught sunfish, bluegill, pike, base, a bowfish. The only keepers were the sunfish. The pike were all to small. Loved fishing on the lake. Not many people were on the lake. So we had the option of fishing anywhere we wanted to try. We tried a lot of spots and had fun just about evey place we stopped the boat. The lake was treated during our stay and we couldn't swim for 2 of the day but still fished. The only complaint would be the amount of goose feces. I understand that geese are a huge problem but I saw no attempt at keeping them off the property. I did observe others on the lake at least making an attempt at keeping their property free of the geese.

Everything we hoped it would be

Very well kept home on a beautiful lake in Clare County. The home is spacious, open, and cozy . There is a town about 20 minutes that offers a grocery store, pharmacy, and a few restaurant options. The neighboring homes were quiet and everyone kind of keeps to themselves. We loved the fishing and caught several varieties of Pan fish, pike, and bass. We met the owners briefly on our way out (they live next door) and they were very nice. It was cold and rainy during our stay but there are many accommodations that are provided that we would of utilized in warmer weather such as kayaks, pontoon and a sandy beach area. We loved the fire pit as well. They do have a gas grill on a very nice patio overlooking the water. My wife and I drove about 45 minutes to find some good hiking trails in the Cadillac area. The owner has equipped the house well with everything you need to feel at home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. P.S. - 15 minutes away is a place called the Buckhorn Saloon. If your craving pizza, there’s is AMAZING and I’m a harsh critic!

The Cozy Cottage was Wonderful

My parents own a cottage on this lake, but closed it for the winter, which disrupted our plans...So we were so happy to find this cottage for a long weekend to relax, play games and play in the snow. It did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable, on a great lot on the lake (with just enough of a hill for the kids to sled right in the yard). A perfect size for my friend and I to bring our 5 kiddos and not feel cramped at all. The owners also own the property next door and were so nice, they let our kiddos play with their sweet puppies, which might have been the kid’s favorite part. I’m familiar with the area, as we spend a lot of time there, but Lake George is close enough to run and grab necessities. There is a larger grocery store not too far in Farwell, as well. We also headed to Clare to Cops and Doughnuts (which is kind of a tradition), Mt. Pleasant for some time at the Kid’s Discovery Museum, and Snow Snake for some tubing. We had a blast, and have no complaints. Grateful we have such a great option when we need it! We will be looking for Mark, Leise and the pups on the lake this summer, and will likely be renting this cottage again in the future.

Cozy and Quiet

Beautiful cottage in a very quiet part of the lake. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck with a beautiful view of the lake. The cottage was very clean with everything that you would need for your stay. The owners live next door and were available for any questions. We brought our own boat and the dock worked out great. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Spent most of our time fishing. The boat had minor issues, Mark was kind, and fixed the issues quickly. We love the cabin and plan to return next summer.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful trip and the kids are already asking when we can go back! Property was very clean and as described. The pontoon boat was so much fun to use and we were able to catch a ton of fish! Mark and Leise were great hosts and we can't wait to come back!

Great family getaway!

We had an amazing week. It was a quiet lake with opportunities for the kids to fish and swim. It was also a calm lake and you could see beautiful sun rises and sunsets. The yard was a great size so there is plenty of room to play catch and other games. There is a large and roomy deck with nice furniture. The home is extremely nice with plenty of space. My sons enjoyed sleeping in the balcony area, and the kitchen and bathroom are spacious and very nice looking. We even were able to use the pontoon, pedal boat and kayak's. Couldn't ask for more!

We live in South Lyon, MI. We have 4 children, two are married with children of their own. We all love going up to the lake to relax and enjoy fishing and swimming.

We bought our house on Doc & Tom in 2013. We enjoy the lake. It is so relaxing, we enjoy the fishing and the quiet bay our house is located in. It is only 2 1/2 hours away from South Lyon, this gives us the perfect opportunity to get away without using a whole day to get here.
