Keittiö on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset kotityylien valmistukseen, kun et kokeilla yhtä alueen monista ravintoloista. Hidden Treasure

The house was nice and had tons of sleeping rooms. It was decently clean but could use some additional sweeping in hidden areas. The fridge was super clean which was wonderful. It had many items in the house that were for our use which was nice.

Hidden Dump

This property was very dirty, pet friendly or not if I owned or rented this property I'd never let someone show up to spend a week on a family vacation in filth. The bed on the first floor was never changed from the previous stay, hair, and dirt, the grass hadnt been cut in weeks, leaf debris all over the patio which was then tracked into the house and into the hot tub. The kitchen sink drain was clogged in which my husband had to unclog. This place is less than desirable. Could be nice if it was cleaned properly and the outside was upkept, but apparently the concern is making money not anyone's experience while they stay.

Awesome winter stay to celebrate to our twins birthday. The house and amenities were a perfect match to the listing. We are already discussing plans to return in the summer to enjoy the lake with our boat.

Very Modest Home

First, I must say everything was in good working order. All appliances, A/C, TVs, hot tub were all in good working order. The home is small and quite modest. While everything worked fine, it was hard for our family of 2 parents and 2 20 yo boys + 1 dog to move past each other! That aside, there really is no yard and the property could be more attractive if the yard were just slightly more landscaped so folks could do a little cornhole or horse shoes outside. While it's not mandatory to have an SUV to access this last house on the lane, the potholes really need attention. There is no reason at all that the dozen pot holes on the access road and the deep rut in the driveway could not be attended to with a little muscle, and a mere 1/2 truckload of crushed gravel. This could easily be filled and fixed in a few hours. A little TLC with furnishings, landscaping and road work would make this a much more attractive rental.

Beautiful cabin tucked away down a dirt road. Short drive to just about anywhere you want to go at Deep Creek Lake including boat rentals and food. The house was clean and accommodated our family perfectly.

Vacation Cut Short

The property is actually smaller than the online pictures. The bathrooms had little clearance between the sinks/toilets and the walls/doors. While the listing mentioned you need a four wheel drive vehicle in the winter it didn't mention in the summer the dirt road leading to the property is full of large potholes which leads to a bumpy ride to the property. There is no cell phone coverage at the property which is expected because of its location. The internet service is provided via sattelite so it and television stop working in stormy weather which we encountered. When we logged on to wifi we got a message that said "data limit has been exceeded so your speed has been reduced." We were unable to read a newspaper on an ipad because the internet speed was so slow it sometimes took a full minute to load one page. We checked in on July 23rd so with a full week remaining the internet serviced exceeded the plan. The management company was no help because we needed to contact the owner. The only contact point we had was the management company. We checked out after one full day because we were so disappointed. The Deep Creek lake area is beautiful and certainly a nice place to vacation, just don't stay at Hidden Treasure.

The view

My only thing I could suggest is the smell, the place did have an odor to it. The worst was the bottom room. Over all the place was nice, perfect size, great views, great area, close to State Parks! The pictures are exactly what you get!

Wonderful weekend

My husband, myself, baby and best friend enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful cabin. When we arrived everything was clean and in great order. We were surprised at how large the house is. We really only used about half of it. We enjoyed the local activities. There was lots to do. A few notes, when we arrived the garbage disposal did not work. The management company came and took care of the problem. Later in the weekend we struggled to get the hot tub to work. It does work! The management company came and reset the breaker. When the email says to bring 4 wheel drive.... Make sure you listen. Even though the dive was very pleasant and easy to get to, the last .3 mile is extremely bumpy and would be hard in the winter. We had a truck and no worries. For us this was a positive because there was no traffic! Positive notes :) The kitchen was well equipped. The furniture and bed was very comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

High Grass

Great experience renting this property however, it was pet friendly and would have liked if the grass would have been cut. Very high grass and dogs had difficulty navigating.

Weekend Ski trip

This cabin was perfect cozy space! However the gas fireplace does not work and needs to be repaired if it’s going to be advertised. And the hot tub struggled staying hot. It was more like a cold tub which was disappointing because we were really excited for that amenity.

Very clean and cozy

This place was extremely clean and it had everything needed for a comfortable vacation: dishes, towels, bunch of games for kids. There was a thermostat in every room so every family member could adjust temperature in their rooms the way they liked it. Great water pressure in the showers, which is important for me. We were also very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I have called the office 15 minutes after our arrival because we need it someone to help us with the small issue and maintenance guy came over in like 15 min and was super nice. Overall, I would say this place looks better in person than on pictures. Really enjoyed it and will try to come back.

Nice Cabin in the Woods

The cabin is well maintained. There was plenty of room for our family of four. The patio in back runs the length of the cabin and was a good place for working on fishing gear. The hot-tub was nice too. The property is quiet, located at the end on the road, with woods in back. The property manager has a deal with a local company that will buy groceries for you and deliver them to the rental place ahead of time. This was very convenient. The biggest drawback was the road leading up to the cabin. It was in very poor condition during our stay, with several deep potholes. Our minivan would bottom out in places. Also the driveway is quite steep.

Very nice and spacious but road getting there was pure ice. Tvs were vey small and should be one in each bedroom especially a slightly larger in living room. Otherwise very great house which was very clean and great for us. Pet friendly was a plus. Would recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful weekend for Autumn Glory! The house is cute, we had 8 people and a baby and while it was "tight", it was comfortable. The queen sleeper in the basement needs to be replaced, the bed is broken in places and the mattress is VERY STAINED, not at all appealing! The driveway--a disaster! Why can't the owners of that road repair it, man that was a big turnoff and we would not return to the house just because of the road to get there. Loved the house, didn't like the driveway to get there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and nicely decorated--many things looked brand new. The wood floors were dust free and in very good condition. Kitchen well equipped and bathrooms also nicely done and very clean. We had plenty of fresh linens. My daughter loved it and would like to see a fire pit if there was a safe place to put it. My other daughter (who does not like spiders) spent some time the first day sweeping spider webs and egg sacs from the doorway outside the downstairs bedroom and game room and from the front porch. (Both daughters are adults) We also had an ant invasion one morning after a heavy rain. We swept them and got rid of them, and they did not return that week. I guess with a house in a wooded area, bugs will show up. I would recommend this house, but would caution anyone that the road is pretty rough, even in the summer time. It had quite a lot of holes, and you had to proceed with much caution. Also, the website had said that central A/C was going to be installed by summer time, but that was not the case. It did have bedroom window units and ceiling fans in all the rooms. We liked the area, and especially enjoyed several state parks close by.
