Waterwheel Condominiums ovat kävelyetäisyydellä New Braunfelsin keskustasta, Schlitterbahnista ja vain 3 kilometrin päässä historiallisesta Gruenesta. Tämä kaunis 2/2 huoneisto on täysin kalustettu kaikella mitä tarvitset rentouttavaan lomaan! Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, kahden hengen vuode ja kahden hengen vuode, jossa on oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja vieraskylpyhuone, joka sijaitsee kätevästi sen vieressä. Olohuoneessa on myös vuodesohva. Laadukkaat vuodevaatteet on saatavilla kaikille vuoteille ja kylpyhuoneille. Kävele joen rannalle tai käy Rockin R: n vieressä, jotta sinut kuljetetaan Comalin tai Guadalupe-joen rannalle kellumaan päivän päässä!

Rockin 'R River Rides poimii vieressä ja voi viettää vieraita Comal- tai Guadalupe-joen välillä Memorial Dayin ja Labor Dayin välillä. Annual New Braunfels family vacation

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and our unit was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a place near the river and Schlitterbahn!

The condo is clean, well appointed and beautifully situated. The balcony is very private with a view of the large green grounds facing the river where deer can be seen daily. New Braunfels Escapes is a great rental agency to deal with. Very professional and quick to respond to any issues you may have. However, over my three month stay there was only reason to contact them twice. I have booked this condo again for next winter. It’s like my home away from home.

We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, the condo was exteemely clean and spacious and we were more than satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen was a hit with us as they like to cook. The pools are small and can fill up quick but we weren't there for the pools. It will be even nicer when the property next door is finished as the construction is an eyesore and quite loud early in the morning.

There are nice shutters on the windows to keep the heat out and the bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed the Texas theme- it made us want to go out and enjoy the towns. We went wine tasting, whiskey tasting, shopping downtown in the unique shops and antique shopping. Then we ate fantastic German food at the Alpine Haus, Krause’s and Naegelins Bakery. We planned to tube the river, but ran out of time. We were celebrating our 33rd Anniversary and hadn’t been in NB for 15 years. We will be back soon and I will gladly rent through Vacation Rentals. It was very easy and everyone we talked to we very nice and quick to reply. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Reviewer Comments: This condo was really nice, comfortable and well furnished, the list of restaurant favorites was a nice touch and we enjoyed the Fork and Spoon very much.We had a family of 5 and there was so much room for all of us:) The only disappointment was the management of the pool at night. Many people without wrist bands, heavy drinking for people in the hot tub and overly large floating devises that did not belong in a pool of that size. The three floating devises took up the whole pool.
