Koko perhe voi tulla seuraavalle lomalle Neskowiniin Oregonin rannikolle tÀssÀ talossa, joka tarjoaa yksityisen kylpytynnyrin, merinÀköalat ja viihdettÀ jopa kahdeksan vieraan miellyttÀmiseen!

Sijaitsee lÀhellÀ Kiwanda Creek aivan valtatie 101: n tuntumassa, rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta on tÀÀllÀ, muutama muu talo on nÀkyvissÀ. Ranta on vain yhden mailin ajomatkan tai kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ, kun taas kaupungin mukavuudet ovat lÀhellÀ.

TÀmÀ talo on erittÀin mukava, sillÀ siinÀ on runsaasti ikkunoita, jotka pÀÀsevÀt luonnolliseen valoon, ja tilavia, avoimia huoneita. Olohuoneessa on erilaisia huonekaluja, puulÀmmitteinen takka, iso taulu-TV PlayStation- ja stereojÀrjestelmÀllÀ ja upea nÀköala isoihin ikkunoihin.

Ruoanlaitto on ilo tÀysin varustetussa keittiössÀ, josta löydÀt kaikki tarvitsemasi lisÀominaisuudet, kuten tehosekoitin, kahvinkeitin, sekoitin ja astianpesukone. Kuusi mahtuu ruokapöydÀn ympÀrille.

Alakerrassa piirtÀvÀt lapset ja aikuiset hauskanpitoon bonushuoneessa - foosball, Ping-Pong ja tikanheitto tekevÀt hauskaa ja nauravat. Poimi DVD kokoelmasta tai selaa Wi-Fi-verkkoa siirtÀÀksesi sateisen iltapÀivÀn.

NeljÀ makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, jopa kahdeksan vierasta rakastaa sitÀ tÀÀllÀ. Kaksi makuuhuonetta on varustettu queen-vuode, kun taas kolmannessa huoneessa on kaksi kaksoset. Just ok

The house itself is ok. Huge temperature difference between up and downstairs. Living room furniture is very used. Needs a thorough deep clean. The hot tub was great and the house's location is really nice. We won’t rent it again as it didn't meet our expectations.

Nice house and location, but needs better maintenance

The house itself was enjoyable and in a good location. It was function for the five us. We enjoyed the game tables and sitting out on the large deck. The location is good for walking and we walked to the beach several times using the tsunami path and Hawk ave. It was about a 10 minute walk. You could also walk to the golf course. We took the car to go to Neskowin and to Lincoln City and both were easy to access. Now the reason I only gave three stars. The hot tub is not maintained properly, and my husband got sick from it. The high touch surfaces are clean like the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedding, but the floors and under furniture need a good mop and vacuum. There were quite a few lights out as well. The downstairs and upstairs have pretty big temperature differences so heating and cooling the house with people on different floors is challenging. There were also quite a few spiders found in the house the first day we came as others stated. Most things were minor inconveniences that could have been a little better, and overall we enjoyed the stay. Except the hot tub, glad most of us didn't use it.

Decent experience over all with some concerns

We enjoyed the stay overall but there were a few things that were unfortunate. We had young children and a baby and we had to be very careful allowing them on the deck due to several loose railing boards. We also were unable to BBQ, which we brought food to explicitly cook on it. The grill was covered in gunk and what may have been fire extinguisher residue. One of the screen doors had a completely torn screen and all of the screen doors(4) fell off the tracks or did not want to open. The smoke alarms also woke up our kiddos in their rooms two nights in a row at random so we had to shut them off. We enjoyed the amount of space and the stocked kitchen supplies and overall everyone had fun. I just recommend reviewing some extra cleaning and repairs.

Nice home for the price. Spacious enough to accommodate a small family would highly encourage better signage to the property as the address was hidden behind overgrown bushes and was rather frustrating to locate the property. The battery may be going dead on the key lock as it did not work and required a call into Vacasa for access to the actual key.

A little old
 but liveable

The house is definitely a bit run-down. We had some lights flickering, the pool table ball return was broken, the ping pong table top was ruined from water damage. Furniture is a little old and dated, but comfy. It’s got that old house smell to it. However, it was still perfectly livable. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the hot tub was awesome! A little let down due to the condition of the house, but we still had a great trip overall.

Great place to relax

I really enjoyed my stay! It was a great place to relax with friends, see the stars, and enjoy the beach. I’ve stayed at this house many times now. The new floors are great and it’s nice that the tvs were updated. This really is one of my favorite places to stay and plan on staying again.

Comfortable, great location, great value

This house and space is so quiet and charming. The house has a lived-in feel so great for family - clean but not fussy! Location and view were great, split-level bedrooms gave privacy and space for all. Super-clean hot tub. Love the woodland feel. Lots of safe parking.

August 2022 stay

The house is in a great location and from the pictures, it looked like the house was going to be awesome. Unfortunately, as we pulled up it became clear that maybe it wasn't going to be good.  I got the key to open the door and the screen door was filthy and had cobs webs.  Here is just a short list of things that were not suitable: 1. There were dead bugs on the window sills upstairs and downstairs. 2. The walls are not clean and need paint, and the handrail going upstairs is sticky with something. 3. On various places in the bathroom the paint is flaking off. 4. Cobwebs are present in just about every window.  My husband had a large spider suspend down from the ceiling in the shower to drop on him as he showered. 5. There was mold in the downstairs bedroom on the window shade.  It had been there for a while.  This was not a new thing. 6. There was a frog in the drain of the downstairs bathroom that began jumping around. 7. There was a pan in the cupboard that had food residue. 8. The comforter downstairs had stains. 9. The deck railing was rotted and falling apart in several places, and would not hold a person’s weight if they fell against it.  This should really be dealt with immediately, someone is going to get hurt. 10. The deck railing is not up to code, as it was short, and  our 2 year old grandson could have squeezed through some gaps.  In other places someone had installed some weird vertical railings to cover some of these gaps, but they didn't cover all of them. 11. The spaces under the deck were dirty and unkempt, so we couldn't have the kids in those areas. 12. The WI-fi was terrible.  We had to restart the cable router 10+ times.  It would function about 30 minutes and then shutdown.  As there is no cell coverage at the house, wi-fi is important for safety, as we could have used that to make a call.    Two of our kids were trying to complete their MBA courses on Saturday, they tried at this house, and they ended up going to my brothers house to complete their class. 13. North upstairs screen door would not open, unless you grabbed it from the bottom.  My 83 year old mother was not able to open the door. 14. We could go on because there is more. So we really wanted to love this space. It is within walking from my brothers house and the rest of our family reunion stayed there.  This house had a great view from the deck, and we didn't even try the sauna, but in all honesty you should be giving us a refund.  Our kids both left early and didn't stay with us, because they didn't want their infant and toddler crawling around this space.

Needs a deep cleaning

The home was in a perfect location with a great view. It has a lot of potential. The kids loved the lower level game room. Many pics were no longer accurate. The house was so dirty. Cobwebs, spider webs and dust covered all corners and hung from the ceiling and fans. The exterior of the house including the railing and glass inserts of the wrap around porch. Rugs were dirty and frayed. Hole on fabric on back of couch. Water was yellowish brown and unable to drink. Upper level of home had no air conditioning blowing, so it was almost unbearable (lower level was fine). We considered leaving for all of the above reasons but I found a broom and mop and spent at least an hour cleaning before we felt ok about staying. Highly disappointed but again, it did have is lot of potential and great game room for kids.

Good house, needs work

We had a great time. Neskowin is a great, quiet, quaint town! The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was covered on the outside by spider webs, it was disgusting! There were potato bugs (alive) inside the house (downstairs). The house needs a lot of work, it is run down. The kitchen was okay, everything worked, not well stocked. The beds were okay, at least one needs a new mattress, though.

Great house for families

This house is comfortable, cozy, and great for our older kids. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed time on the deck. The kids loved the lower level with the ping pong, pool table and foosball.

Great time with family

We had a great time with the family. Beautiful area and lots to do. Loved the the scenic path to the beach and of course the hot tub and all the games at the house. Check in progress was super easy also

Hot tub

Loved this house. We couldn't however unlock the lock to the Hot Tub which was one of the points of this house.

Improvements noticed!

This is the third time I have rented this house for the weekend and it was by far the cleanest it has ever been! It was nice to see the deck was repaired, the house had been power washed and there was a new dishwasher! Still needs a paint job inside and new carpet but a great rental for the price! Thanks for having us for another memorable weekend 😊

Coastal Adventures & Downtime

The home and views were beautiful. The hot tub, one of my main requirements, was amazing! Clean, well placed and private (for the most part). There is a walking path that winds around behind the area the hot tub is in so at times there were passerbys, but overall it was perfect! There are only a few items I personally would have liked to be notified about. The beach is much further than a couple minute walk from the home. The impression given was it was very close to the house, however we did not find this to be the case. Wanting to be close to the beach was another "requirement" of mine personally so this was quite disappointing, but not a vacation ruiner for sure. The views and area are beautiful, but not as close as I would have liked to be. The other item was mainly just bugs - in the downstairs bathroom there were several rolly polly bugs and earwigs at all times of the day. Small sugar ants also were found along the countertops and windowsill in the kitchen. Overall, it was a nice little spot for my family and I - fulfilling all of our needs during our stay and providing us a much needed place to unplug and step out of our day to day living.

Could be amazing with a few updates

This house was pretty run down. It needs some TLC and some renovating. Things that really need to be replaced are the carpet, baseboards, paint on the walls, everything in the downstairs bathroom (not sure about washer dryer since we didn't use them), living room furniture and bedroom pillows. The kitchen is old fashioned but that didn't bother us. It does need more utensils and supplies in general. New dishwasher was nice. We enjoyed the open layout and big windows in the living room, the game room downstairs for the kids, the hot tub, and its location. It is close to so many beautiful natural areas to explore, and had a trail that connects the house to the beach through a protected wetland and a neighborhood. We generally don't go for anything fancy when we rent but this house was the shabbiest we've rented. With a few basic updates it could be so much better.
