Cette maison a été maintenue en parfait état pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter. Venez vous détendre avec des amis dans cette maison récemment mise à niveau avec un plan d'étage ouvert dans la communauté Bear Trap Dunes Resort. Avec 6 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour la détente et le plaisir. Cette maison a une suite parentale au 1er ��tage avec 2 chambres supplémentaires au 1er étage. Le plan d'étage ouvert dans cette maison offre la cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Le salon dispose d'une Smart TV de 65 pouces avec système de son pour les réceptions. Le 2��me étage dispose de 3 chambres à coucher dont une principale. La maison a une cheminée, porche couvert et véranda arrière. La maison est située au large de Green # 4 et offre une vue magnifique sur le parcours de golf et la zone boisée avec un pont de golf.

Perfect home for family of 7 adults and infant

This house was all it said it was. Beautiful, well equipped and the neighborhood was quiet yet close to everything. The owners have the house decorated nicely and all beds were comfy. We had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful family vacation

This house was the perfect site for our long, Labor Day weekend beach trip! It very comfortably fit five adult couples and four children ages 5 and under. We were impressed with the large open living space downstairs and the incredibly capable kitchen, which allowed us to prepare lunch and dinner a couple of the days that we were there. The screened in porch was a lovely place to spend some time and hang out and grill without getting eaten alive by bugs. The neighborhood itself was nice and quiet and was a short drive and about a 20-minute bike ride from Bethany Beach. There were a bunch of awesome bikes and beach chairs and accessories provided as well which was a nice surprise. Our only regret was that we weren't staying longer, and that there weren't daily amenity passes available. We would have loved to enjoy the pool and hot tub and fitness center but couldn't justify the 65 per person price for a 3-night stay. All in all, this place was a great find, and we would love to come back next year!

Beautiful Property for Multiple Families

We picked this area as it was close enough to Ocean City (20 - 30 min drive) and had the perfect layout for our 3 families with children. We knew dinner at a restaurant was out of the question with younger kids who don't want to sit down plus we had a large group of 16. Downstairs has a great open layout for cooking while still being apart of the conversations and has enough room for everyone to sit and eat. They also made early check in available to us at 1:00 instead of 4:00 which was very convenient.

Highly recommend!!

This was the nicest house we have ever visited! FOUR King beds!!! Layout of the house is excellent for a large family. (We had 6 adults, a 4-year old and an 18-month old.) Kitchen fully stocked with quality blenders, coffee makers, knives and plenty of dishes. Did not leave us wanting!! The four bikes in the garage were quality, well maintained bikes (and helmets)! Great beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. BBQ grill on back deck even had an extra propane tank! Floor plan is open and roomy…great for family interaction. Back porch backs up to wooded area which was peaceful and beautiful! We will be back!!!!

Multiple family vacation

Our large group of multiple families had a wonderful week at this house! The house is absolute perfection for a larger group, especially a group with kids. It was clean and very beautifully decorated with a cozy, beachy aesthetic. The bedrooms are spacious, and we had multiple pack n plays in several rooms. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could need for a lot of people all at once. I appreciated the access to a vacuum for when the kids had some snack crumbs to clean up. The back screened-in porch was such a nice spot to relax and our eldest family member spent a great deal of time enjoying this space. Speaking of, this house is perfect if there are any elderly family members in your group bc there’s bedrooms and full bathrooms all on the ground floor level. The Beartrap Dunes community itself is beautiful. The neighborhood is lovely, with lots of shade and sidewalks for walking. There’s a shuttle stop that takes you into Bethany about a 3 minute walk from the house. The pool area is incredible! Our family loved spending hours at a time swimming and relaxing by the pool. It wasn’t overly crowded and you can bring your own food/drinks which is always a positive! We would love to come back to stay here and cannot stop raving about this incredible vacation home!

Fun for the whole family!

The property was amazing. The house came with everything you would need to have a great time. The bedrooms were all a great size. Even the bunkbed room accommodated our four teenage boys. The pool and the bikes were the family favorites. We would definitely stay here again.

Great area and lovely stay but the renting process isn’t pleasant

I liked everything about the property but disliked the checking time and checkout time. They’re also strict with upfront payment. I don’t like that I didn’t get the answers I needed right away and also emailed about my security deposit and never got an email back. I finally called in and they don’t me it will take about 4 weeks. I don’t get why?! We led t the place the way they asked. We have upfront fees and payment and now it’s hard to get a refundable deposit!

Family Fun!

East Coast and West Coast Family Vacay

This house exceeded our needs and expectations. The decor through the house was perfect and as pictured. The living room was so comfortable and large enough to accommodate 12 adults and 3 young children. We spent a lot of time enjoying the large, well appointed screened in porch. The neighborhood is well maintained as are both pools. We would recommend this property without hesitation.
