Great place in a great location

Stayed here with family for a weekend sightseeing trip. The host was very responsive and the place is beautiful, beds were very comfortable and the place was perfect for our group of 5. Would stay again.

Great place!

My family and I stayed here for a cousin’s wedding in DC. The house is lovely and had all the amenities you could need. The owner was great and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great spot in DC!

This place is a great place to stay while you are exploring DC. It's not far from a Metro station (20 min walk) plus it's close to the Union Market. Highly recommend!

Great weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable and clean. The host was great - always responded quickly to any questions we had! Great location with easy parking on the street and a quick drive to all of the tourist places. Would definitely come back !

James's home was immaculate and welcoming. The decor was upscale and the beds were comfortable. All the necessities were provided and were appreciated. The location couldn't be best.

Authentic DC stay

This property was clean and spacious, even for our family of six. The layout of the house and furniture were comfortable and welcoming, with enough seating and living area for a group. It is located conveniently to restaurants and is a walkable distance to the monuments, national mall and museums. The off street parking was large enough for our over sized vehicle and check in and out was extremely easy.

Awesome DC Accomodation

An outstanding property for our DC vacation. A great location to Uber and walk to our destinations. Our Host was fantastic! The property is in a perfect location which is conveniently near all the tourist sites and museums. Bus stop a few steps away and restaurants are close by in the NOMA area. Host was very understanding and allowed for early Checkin which was very easy and simple. Our 1st impression of the home was that it is very beautiful and welcoming. The beauiful green plants are a nice touch. All areas were clean and comfortable. The only negative was an odd smell and dirty stained rugs in living room and bedroom. Other than that I would rate my stay 5 out of 5.

The place was exactly as the photos online. The space may appear to be small but it’s far from it. There was plenty of space to accommodate me and my family. James was friendly and communicated in a timely manner.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I fell in love with DC from my first visit. The city just has a real family atmosphere to it. Also, I've always loved the concept of rowhouses, and my street in particular features a wide variety of facade colors, designs, and features, giving it a really unique feel. The neighborhood is also one of only a couple that actually feel like a neighborhood, rather than a thruway. When I had the chance in late 2016 to secure a piece of that neighborhood, I jumped at the opportunity!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Every home on the street is unique and different, and I really love the personality it brings. I really like the black facade to the home and I think you will to! I also think its so neat that once inside the home, it feels both cozy, spacious, modern and historic. That's what you get with modern restoration in a 100+ year old home.
