Can't fault it

We were recommended to choose this villa by marcus, and it didn't disappoint. The pool is brilliant and its so close to the supermarket and bars without being noisy. great place for a family.

Fantastic Fortnight's Holiday

We have just returned from a brilliant 2 weeks at La Torre Golf Resort. Villa Pagel is lovely, its less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre, 5 minutes to the Spar but is still in a lovely quiet area. The garden and pool area was great, the villa itself was a great size for the 3 of us and it was homely and comfortable. It was so hot the first week we were very glad of the air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as the livingroom! The kitchen is very well equipped too, it had everything we needed, down to an air fryer! There was also 2 hairdryers in the bathroom. The only thing we found was the double bed mattress was incredibly firm but that's purely just personal preference rather than a fault.

The outdoor areas and furniture are not as pictured. The roof terrace had no furniture at all and was dirty. Also didn't have any lounge seating on the downstairs terrace. We emailed Marcus about this at the time but had no reply. Copy available. With better communication this could have been resolved.

Villa Pagel

This was our second stay at this villa so we knew what to expect and hopefully our return says it all. We love the location as it's quiet, private but within very good walking distance of the Spar and town centre area. It's well maintained and a home from home with everything you need for a lovely break away. We like how Murcia Holiday Rentals have great communication with us as well meaning if you need assistance for anything they are very approachable and helpful! The fabric on the sun loungers by the pool are showing wear and tear at the seams with being in the extreme weather so much now, so will need replaced soon but it's clearly just general wear and tear which happens with time and we let your office know on our arrival anyway so it has already been noted.

Great experience from start to finish, the Villa that we booked direct with Murcia Holiday Rental was cheaper than other search sites and would recommend booking direct, had a query when booked and spoke to someone straight away who was very helpful
