Bienvenue à Vila Charme, ce 1er étage en bord de mer avec une vue superbe sur la mer, des intérieurs spacieux de grand charme et de confort, une terrasse avec un paysage magnifique, une mer bleue contrastant avec le vert du jardin et des palmiers où vous pourrez dîner ou simplement vous détendre.

Il dispose d'un accès en copropriété privée à la plage de sable fin avec une mer calme, étant excellente pour la marche, offrant un espace naturel avec de magnifiques dunes tout au long de la côte. Le Condomínio Clube Nautillus est calme et se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du village d'Armação de Pêra, où vous pourrez profiter d'un Marginal avec des magasins locaux, d'excellents restaurants et bars en bord de mer.

La piscine est à l'abri du vent avec des chaises longues. Je vous propose des conditions de luxe pour que vos vacances soient d'excellence.

Grace was an amazing host taking the time to explain how everything in the villa operated and the features of the villa.The view from the deck of the villa is a million dollar view and the villa was spacious and comfortable; exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with utensils and appliances. We have stayed at many rentals and this was certainly one we enjoyed the most.

The condo is perfectly situated. A 5 minute walk to the beach and all the amenities. It is spacious and clean. Would stay here again.

Lovely stay

Graca was so nice and her place is v sweet. A pretty terrace right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Beach was lovely. Very much recommend!

Fantastic Algarve experience

The apartment and property are beautiful. The beach and cliffs awesome! We went on a boat tour to the caves, which were stunning. There are great restaurants within walking distance. A lovely walking “centro”. The apartment is quiet, well appointed and clean. Overall a fantastic holiday. Thank you Graca for sharing your lovely paradise with us !!

Beach Front - Amazing Views in Town

We had a fabulous 2-month stay in the Villa - we had a direct view of the beach, the ocean and town from the deck and windows. A short 3 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. We rented a car for touring the Algarve and only 3 hours to Seville. Our host Grace was amazing, met us and followed up with us. Villa was well outfitted for all our meals and had a pull out bed for when my son visited. The weather was lovely, 15-20C and perfect for beach walks. As I was working remote, the internet set up was perfect for Zoom, Teams, and keeping in touch with my clients and team. Would return in a minute if the opportunity arises.

Excellent experience!!

This was our first VRBO experience and our first trip to Portugal. It could not have been better. VILLA CHARME was as pictured in a beautiful location and on a beautiful well manicured property that overlooked the beach and ocean with our own private gate to the beach stairs. We had free parking for our rental car. Our host Grace , was amazing!!! Quick to answer our requests on the vrbo site before our arrival. She met us at the property and kept in constant contact with us , supplying us with information on all needs to assure our pleasant vacation. We spent a few days in Lisbon and she gave us all the guidance necessary to have a wonderful time there. We spent 7 weeks at this beautiful place and we would recommend it to anyone and we hope one day to return. Thank you Grace!!

Fantastic little villa.

We spent about 4 weeks at this villa, it met our every need. There was 3 of us for the first 1.5 weeks then just 2 of us for the remainder of our stay. There is one bedroom so my adult son slept comfortably in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, there's a dining room table with 4 chairs and a patio with a view of the ocean, the property and the town. The washer and dryer also came in handy. The location is excellent. We would walk out in our bare feet and be on the beautiful 7km beach within 2 minutes. There are several grocery stores within walking distance (15-20 min) as well as many restaurants and cafes. Armacao itself is centrally located so you can drive almost anywhere in the Algarve in under an hour. Our host Grace was a pleasure to deal with. She was very accommodating when we had to delay our arrival by several hours. When we arrived she gave us a comprehensive overview of the property and provides us with tips about the area. When we did have questions she would respond quickly and was very helpful. We had a very positive experience, if we return to the area we will certainly book this villa again.

Spoiler: I love Villa Charme! Reviewer's tag: Villa Charme is the kind of place you WANT to take off your shoes at the entry! Highlights: Peace, tranquility, comfort, home The three most important things about Villa Charm are location, location, and... host! The location is absolutely perfect. Half of the view is of the ocean blue water with a small slice of white water. The other half is of the buildings of Armação. The water is beautiful during the day, the city lights beautiful at night. The ocean waves provide a lovely rhythmic ambience without being intrusive. I don't have the words to adequately describe Villa Charme's host, Graça. She personally met me on the first day of my extended stay and she was available for questions by WhatsApp throughout. I felt as if she truly cared about my happiness. Graça has decorated Villa Charme with taste and thoughtfulness. Overall it is comfortable as well as functional. The kitchen is a sufficient size for a one bedroom apartment. It comes complete with apartment sized refrigerator, four-element stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and a full set of excellent stainless steel pots. The jack-and-jill bathroom should make any couple happy. The exterior areas of Villa Charme are definitely overwhelming. The property grounds are well designed and immaculately maintained. Grace is a wonderful and responsive host who took the time to meet me on arrival and show me everything in the apartment as well as provide me with restaurant recommendations. She also checked in a few times during my stay to make sure that everything was ok which I appreciated. The location of the apartment is perfect with just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The view from the balcony is the highlight though and I enjoyed many mornings and early afternoons on it, overlooking the sea and listening to the waves. The grounds at Club Nautilus are beautifully maintained and the apartment has easy access to the beach as well as the path along the cliffs with amazing views. It has pretty much everything you may need including a well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and an umbrella. The bed is very comfortable and I slept well although new pillows would be welcome. There were some cool nights and the heaters/AC systems in the living room and bedroom worked very well. The only thing that would have made the stay better would be updated, more comfortable living room furniture.

Férias em Família

Foram umas férias maravilhosas com a nossa família. A localização é excelente. Existe piscina no condomínio, e o mesmo é junto à praia e pertissimo do centro da cidade. Para quem gosta de férias,sem ter de se preocupar em pegar no carro para fazer praia/piscina e passear à noite, é o ideal. Agradecemos à Graça a amabilidade e hospitalidade.

Apartamento com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia tranquila e confortável, com acesso directo à uma pequena praia, que é bastante calma. Fica também localizado a poucos passos da marginal de Armação de Pêra onde se encontram bastantes restaurantes. Obrigada pela sua simpatia e dicas D. Madalena!
