Fantastic long weekend at Casa Julio celebrating a stag do. Location is perfect for nightlife, restaurants, bars and beaches. Host and management were first class with their communication and support. Return transport from Faro airport was great. All ran smoothly with no issues. Would highly recommend and will certainly be coming back in the future!

Amazing location for this price!

We do believe some parts of the property could be updated (nee paint on the exterior or a new gate etc.), however it was an amazing location, amazing pool, very clean, perfect rooms and bathrooms!

We were a party of 9 celebrating 2 big birthdays. This villa was perfect for us: spacious, clean, close to the strip, yet quiet enough to get away from it. Jim was great at communication during booking and in the run up to our stay.

Absolutely perfect for our stay - group of 5 friends. 4 minute walk from the strip but out of earshot of the noise so easy to relax by the pool. 10 minute walk to the beach. Not too close to other properties. Good bedroom layout. Plenty of space. And great communication from the host, Jim. Thanks!

Great Villa and location

Our group of ten had a fantastic stay at the villa. The property was well-stocked with everything we needed, making our visit comfortable and convenient. Its location is excellent—just a short walk to the Strip, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent both prior to and during our stay, which made everything even smoother. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The only minor suggestion would be to provide an additional set of keys for larger groups, but we were able to manage just fine.

Great Villa and location

We had booked this stay for our friends stag do for 12 people. The villa and where it was located was perfect and we could not fault Jim who had arranged everything for us! From the villa itself to the checking in process and renting a transfer for a large group. Would definitely recommend to anybody!

Beautiful villa only we were bitten by ants on our first night but got ant spray and that sorted that ,also airconditioners leaked so just left it off , very safe and pool gorgeous so would definitely recommend this villa for family holidays

Do not stay here. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It looks like the pictures are AI because we expected far more than we got. After arriving from opening the gate we knew it was nothing like the pictures. It was run down with cracked tiles and rusty gate and paintwork. On entering the villa the electric didn't work. Some one came out and we thought fixed it however after trying to put the oven on or washing machine it tripped out every time. The toilet flush in the bedrooms didn't work. There was ants everywhere we had to buy anyt spray. My wife got locked in the bedroom as the door was broken.The pool area had broken tiles in the pool and around the pool. There was no shower curtain on the showers. The plastic chairs nearly broke when you sat on them and the loungers was absolutely disgusting which looked nothing like what was advertised. The villa need to check this property before its rented out. However the only positive was Greg who was helpful throughout the process even when we was there and he received numerous messages from me. We got a call to say they was coming out to fix issues and we waited in but no one showed. Overall we had to make best of a terrible villa but it needs a massive overall and we feel like we have spent alot on not alot.

Hen do stay

We stayed in the lovely villa for 3 nights for my sisters hen do! The villa was perfect, plenty of room, bathrooms and full equipped kitchen with a lovely pool and seating area. It was a 5 minute walk to the strip and supermarkets. Miguel collected us from the airport and was very helpful. Villa felt safe and secure. Definitely recommend for a family of groups holiday!

Fantastic stay

Jim was excellent at communicating throughout the booking process, it was easy to check in and we were allowed to come early to the property as we landed early. The property was clean and neat, the only downside was there was only 1 toilet roll left in each bathroom so we had to buy more. The Villa was lovely and excellent for local amenities
