Casa C, votre propre petit hôtel pour 8 personnes:
La Casa C (95m2) est parfaite pour un groupe de 8 personnes : amis, famille ou même collègues de travail. C'est un appartement dans le centre de Barcelone avec 4 chambres doubles, chacune avec un lit de luxe, 100% naturel, et une salle de bain en-suite. Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une grande table à manger et d'un salon avec une galerie (le typique balcon fermé par des fenêtres en verre). Une des chambres dispose d'un balcon, une autre possède une fresque murale originale de 1900. Sur demande, l'une des chambres peut être équipée d'un lit king size, au lieu de lits jumeaux

L'appartement a été rénové en 2014 (voir les détails de notre éco-rénovation ici) selon les principes de l'eco-desinget en respectant le modernisme catalan de 1900. Il est léger, moderne, durable et amusant !

Excellent apartment in a perfect location. Family of 7, including 2 children, stayed here very comfortably. For separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, can’t be beat. Central located so we walked everywhere. Highly recommend and would certainly rent again!

Our stay at yök Casa Cultura Barcelona was excellent. We traveled as a group of 8 (4 couples) and the apartment was set up perfectly for us with each couple having a private on-suite bath - a rare find. Mari was beyond wonderful to deal with. Her communications throughout the booking process was quick and accurate. She made herself available to greet us upon arrival and welcomed us with coffee and a local breakfast bread (yummy). She connected us with local tour resources and offered time to share her knowledge and recommendations of the city. We were perfectly situated to tall the main attractions and walked to almost everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for everything Mari. I wish you much health and success in the future.

This accomodation is a gem! The apartment is very spacious and provides all the basic amenities you need. We travelled with a group of 7 and it was very comfortable. We loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom! A portion of the balcony is enclosed so it was perfect when it rained to still feel like we could see the outdoors. The apartment has retained and updated the architecture of the building with many beautiful touches. Mari was very friendly and helpful in recommending places nearby to see and eat and transportation recommendations to make our travels go smoothly. We also took her up on the opportunity to meet her and view the rooftop terrace that has an amazing view of Barcelona! The Sagrada Familia was within a reasonable 30 minutes walk with other sites, shops, and restaurants along the way. We loved our stay and would highly recommend staying here for anyone who has the opportunity!

Great 4 bedroom unit in east location for visiting city

Unit is as described and shown in the pictures. 3rd floor with elevator and stairs available, Property manager had great communication leading up to and during our state. All questions were answered, unit was clean well stocked and spacious. Recommended and stay again next time we visit

Soup to nuts an absolutely lovely stay in the heart of Barcelona. Mari reached out way before our arrival to ensure everything would be just as we wished. The units are lovely, historic and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend her property to anyone. While I was unable to meet her in person, my guests who did would not stop talking about her kindness and professionalism. What a gem!

What an amazing property, and perfectly described -Clean, comfortable and the internet was great for all 7of us, We could not have asked for a more perfect location. My family and I had a fabulous time in Barcelona. The apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The apartment was centrally located so we could walk to many of the sites of the city and to many restaurants. Mari communicated well explaining everything we needed to know before our arrival. She also recommended a car service from the airport which was great. Check in was seamless even though there was a marathon taking place when we arrived. Sandro couldn't have been more helpful getting us settled. During our stay Mari checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying the city and to answer any questions. We definitely will recommend this apartment to any friends and family that will visit Barcelona in the future.

Honestly incredible place right in the heart of Barcelona

We were 2 families staying together across Spain, France and Portugal for 2 weeks. This was the nicest place we stayed at the whole time with the best combination of host, amenities, and location. The yök team really cares about your experience AND your impact on the environment, neighborhood and city. Each room has an en suite bathroom which is just unheard of. We were there during July which was HOT and most days we couldn’t wait to get back to the place for an air-conditioned siesta before heading back out for more sights and dinner. If we go back to Barcelona we will rent from yök again, without question.

Fantastic Place

My husband and I, along with 6 friends stayed in this beautiful apartment. We were close to everything we needed to get to. We did not use the metro as the folks we were with wanted to take taxis. Sandro was a fabulous tour guide and I recommend booking a tour with him on your first night in Barcelona. He recommended a great restaurant called Tantarantana. We loved it so much we ate there twice. You only receive a big towel and a little towel for each person. I recommend asking for more for an extra fee. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

A Barcelona Treasure

We really enjoyed our stay at this historic Barcelona apartment. We were met by Sandro, our host and were warmly welcomed with cold drinks on the office terrace. Sandro also spent time familiarizing us with the area and the map of Barcelona/ He sent us restaurant recommendations, and at the end of our stay, arranged transport to the airport. The apartment was very clean and stocked with water, tea and coffee. the decor was interesting and used repurposed items in an innovative way. The location was in the heart of Barcelona, we could walk or take the metro to the whole city. The apartment was great, but Sandro is the real treasure. We would stay here again!
