Regarding the shampoo and shower gel, I’m sorry this detail did not feel clear enough during your stay. We do provide Atalis Shampoo & Shower Gel with Calendula and Chamomile, suitable for both hair and body, and this is included in the instructions. When you asked us during your stay, we also explained that the bottle is placed by the sink and can of course be used in the shower too. At yök, we try to reduce unnecessary plastic and avoid placing several containers in each bathroom, as part of our commitment to more responsible hospitality. We understand this may be different from a more conventional hotel set-up, but the product was available in the apartment throughout your stay. Thank you again for staying with us.
