Buanderie avec machine à laver à jetons et sèche-linge (partagé avec les autres propriétés sur place). Balcon avec mobilier de jardin. Parking attribué pour 1 voiture. Non fumeur, balcon et parking inclus. Top Deck est un appartement au premier étage joliment présenté, avec une position enviable dans le village de pêcheurs traditionnel de Brixham.

Intérieurement, l'appartement est fini à un niveau élevé et dispose d'une grande baie vitrée et d'un balcon meublé pour profiter des vues spectaculaires sur le port, la ville et la mer.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre de Brixham. Vous y trouverez un charmant port, une sélection de boutiques, cafés et pubs ainsi que de nombreux restaurants servant la pêche du jour!

Plusieurs plages sont accessibles en 20 minutes à pied, notamment la plage Breakwater et l'anse Fishcombe. Brixham, ainsi que Paignton et Torquay, forment Torbay, et les stations balnéaires offrent un total combiné de 22 km de côtes à explorer. Si vous pouvez vous arracher à la beauté naturelle magnifique de la région, il existe toute une gamme d'attractions pour combler vos journées, notamment le zoo de Paignton, le village modèle de Babbacombe, le parc aquatique Quaywest et plusieurs propriétés du National Trust.

Le chauffage de Linden Court est contrôlé par une chaudière commune allumée d'octobre à mai. Pendant ce temps, le niveau de chauffage peut être contrôlé par chaque appartement. Il existe également des convecteurs à commande indépendante pouvant être utilisés en cas de besoin.

We had a very enjoyable week at 6 Linden Court. The weather was cold but settled and this enabled us to go for some long walks and also enjoy some December sunshine on the balcony. The mattress was a lot softer than we are used to and unfortunately we didn't sleep well which was a pity because the location was otherwise very peaceful. Excellent Apartment

The property was spotless and furnished to a high standard. The views over Brixham Harbour were to die for. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend it.

The route to and from the harbour is far to hilly you need to declare in your jargon about London court how steep the rides are we are an older couple and found it very difficult getting up and down to the facilities, we would definitely not have booked it if there had been adequate information. The weeks holiday was fabulous, the flat is very well appointed, clean and to a very high standard.

We had a great stay over Easter, such a great location & the views are just amazing! The place was spotless & had everything we needed although as we had such wonderful weather it would have been nice to be able to eat on the balcony but this was just not possible, the table is not as shown in the photos & is not dining size/height. There are a few steps/hills to navigate to reach the apartment but it was worth the climb purely for the views. Overall a wonderful place to stay & lots of pubs/restaurants within walking distance to Brixham! We went on trips to Torquay & Dartmouth by boat & didn’t have to use our car one.

Been coming to Linden Court for 25 years on and off and it seems to get better every time. My holiday starts as soon as I see the view from the room. Everything is excellent apart from two minor points, a) tv picture keeps breaking up and b) table on verandah could be higher so we could sit down to a proper meal instead of stooping.
