L'emplacement idéal: au cœur de Chatham Village, avec des vues exceptionnelles sur Mill Pond, l'un des ports les plus pittoresques de Chatham. Réveillez-vous à la vue de Mill Pond depuis la chambre principale, prenez votre petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse surplombant le pittoresque Mill Pond, marchez jusqu'au village (environ 3 minutes de marche), allez à Lighthouse Beach ou Chatham's Fish Pier ) et profiter de tout ce que Chatham a à offrir. La maison est située à côté du quai public de Mill Pond d'où vous pouvez nager ou lancer des bateaux, des kayaks ou des planches à aubes.

Cette spacieuse maison de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains a été rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine gastronomique, des planchers de bois franc et un sous-sol fini avec trois lits simples supplémentaires, laveuse / sécheuse et une demi-salle de bain supplémentaire. A Chatham Gem in a great location!

Chris is a great host! Her home is in the perfect location. At the end of the street in a quiet setting across from the beautiful pond- with great views! It’s a 2 minute walk to Main St where there are great restaurants and shops! We would love to stay there again. Chatham is a magical little town on the Capr!

Mill Pond Charmer

Had a wonderful week in Chatham at this charming house overlooking Mill Pond. We would have morning coffee on the deck and watched people dig for clams and saw an occasional seal pop his head up amongst the boats. It's a 3 min walk to the wonderful town and an easy walk to Lighthouse Beach. The house was perfect! Had all the amenities one needs. Wish we could have stayed longer!

An unforgettable vacation!

We spent an unforgettable 10-day vacation is this beautiful house, nested in the heart of Chatham, one of the most quaint villages on Cape Cod. The house is pristine, spacious, comfortable and ideally situated, with a beautiful view of the small harbor (the Mill Pond) which is literally across the street. Throughout the day, we could see plenty of wildlife (seals at play, fish and crabs, hawks and seagulls), as we enjoyed our breakfast or afternoon drinks on the spacious deck overlooking the colorful hydrangeas in the garden and the picturesque harbor. The location of the house made for easy water access for kayaks and boats, fishing or swimming. It was amazingly quiet although it is just a 3-4 minute walk to the center of the shops and restaurants in old Chatham. Also, only a 10-12 minute walk through the neighborhood takes you to the beachfront near the old lighthouse. The house is bright and sunny with large windows overlooking Mill Pond, and sliding doors opening on the spacious front deck, which allowed for constant refreshing breezes. The 3 separate bedrooms in addition to a fully finished basement designed in a maritime/shipboard theme (3 more beds for kids) gives plenty of room to spread out. We found the modernized, state of the art kitchen fully equipped and, situated next to the dining area, ideally located for sociable afternoons and evenings with friends with great views of the harbor. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this thoroughly relaxing and inspirational getaway, we can't wait to come back!

Very walkable location to stay and enjoy Chatham. Nice view on quiet street but very close to Main St. House is very well done, comfortable, clean, and all updated. We never felt like something was missing. A very nice stay.

Chatham rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The walk to town was about three minutes which was wonderful with kids. We also enjoyed having water access across the street where we kayaked and used paddle boards. Although we did go to the beach, it was so relaxing to have activities without having to drive anywhere. The house itself was beautiful and we enjoyed having sheets and towels available. The owner was lovely and we hope to return next summer!
