Studio avec terrasse sur la marina, sous le château monumental.
Devant la maison il est possible de prendre les bateaux qui mènent à Portovenere et de faire le tour des 5 Terre.
L'appartement est un studio récemment rénové avec un canapé-lit double et un canapé-lit.
Depuis le balcon, il est possible de profiter de la vue sur toute la marina.
En bas, il y a des bars et des restaurants et des magasins de toutes sortes à proximité.
Bien qu'il soit situé dans une zone piétonne, il est également facilement accessible en voiture et en transports en commun, en quelques étapes à pied.
Devant la maison il est possible de prendre les bateaux qui mènent à Portovenere et de faire le tour des 5 Terre.
