Entertaining stay

Welsh Row House was the perfect rental for our multi-family group of 10! We all had a great time in the house and honestly would have extended our stay in Wales if the house was available. Highly recommend!

Large property that was better in reality than in the photos. Everything you would need and more in the kitchen. Plenty of space and 3 bathrooms which was great when on holiday with 8-10 people. Lovely south facing garden, large car park, great games room and hot tub. The house was nice and cool which was much needed when we visited in the heatwave in May half term. The host was very quick to reply when queries raised. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

This property is beautiful. I do believe you could stay here for a week and not have to go out. Everything for adults and children. Hosts are lovely very welcoming. Well done will certainly return x

A place you’ll never be bored

We were a party of 6 with age ranges from 13-80 there was something for everyone to do. The owners have thought of every type of game from bingo to pool. You’ll never be bored even if it’s raining. We had fab weather so spent 2 evenings outside in the hot tub and had a bbq one night. A very clean apartment with all the amenities.

Recommended

Spent a fantastic long weekend with friends here. The games room and kitchen / living space was brilliant for afternoon & evening entertainment, and with the BBQ and hot tub area we had a great outdoor space to use too. We used the place as a base for exploring Snowdonia and the Llangollen area, which have so much to offer. Hosts were excellent and ensured everything we needed was taken care of. Bedrooms and bathrooms all comfortable and spacious, furnished to a high spec, as is the rest of the property. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place. Exactly as advertised.

What a great place for a family and friends. Has loads to do. Location i only put one less star as it depends on your trip! Its rural but commutable distance to places. Shops a 5min drive to a local village. 8 beds and loads of sofa beds. Xbox and wii. Fussball. Pool. Loads of toys and things like garden jenga and games. Huge table and bar area. We loved the hot tub and outside area as the sun sets over the hill its just lovely. Would stay again 100%

Hi Phil & Friends, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a great review and sharing your experience with others. The location is a mater of taste, we think you do need a car to get around. But we have had guests come on the bus and many others that hardly left the property. They were just happy to spend time together, catching up with friends and relatives and playing games. So although they did come in cars, they never went out. Thanks for pointing out all the things you and your friends enjoyed about the property. Thank you for your review. Glad you thought the property was amazing. RE Smoke Alarm. After the smoke alarm going off four times in a row and then staying on. We thought there was a serious fire in the property that needed emergency action. We also have a sprinkler system fitted to the property and we did not want it to be activated.
