While typically keys are expected to be dropped off at the office, if you needed to depart early, you could have left them inside the apartment. Just let us know next time. Thank you for your feedback. Arriving on Sunday it is true that it can seem confusing if all the information we send is not read. You can request another set of keys from us the next day, since the machine does not allow you to attach another set added. If you had checked-in during office hours we would have warned you, in the check-in instructions it does not indicate it, since we provide a lot of information. However, whatever you need, do not hesitate to call us, that's what we are for. We will study introducing a paragraph in the text where it is clearer.
