Very poor quality and indifferent management
This place was not at all up to the quality one would expect for both the price and the listing. We paid over 200 Euros, and felt the quality was closer to a 50 Euro unit. The quality of furnishings was very poor and poorly maintained. It was NOT DISCLOSED in the listing that you then have to pay for sheets and towels!!!! We've never encountered this in any rental from VRBO or similar sites.. We arrived in the evening, went to dinner and, when we came back to have some coffee, discovered that the gas range did not work - the electric wires to the stove were cut (I will attach a picture if possible), and there was no lighter or matches in the unit. There was no toaster, oven, microwave, electric kettle or any other device to cook ANYTHING! We could not even make coffee or breakfast. Please note that there also is no Wifi, which obviously reflects the owners' unwillingness to spend any money to make guests comfortable. The location and view were indeed excellent, which is what led to our choosing the unit, but the unit itself was run down and poorly furnished. Check in and out is much more difficult than most VRBOs, as you have to go to Fued's office both times. I confronted Fued about not having a stove, which was promised, and requested some refund, but they were incredibly inflexible and blamed us for the problem, saying we should have called them at 11 PM to get a lighter so we could make coffee, and refused to make any accommodation. We would strongly recommend against staying in this, or any of the other 3 units in this building, owned by the same people, or renting any property managed by Fued. It is an especially bad value because the very misleading 48 Euro price, when you add in the service fees, and then have to rent sheets and towels, ends up being over 200 Euros.
