Beautiful Lake Front Home-Built in 2017-2 Cuisines complètes

Toute la maison (6 chambres) peut être loué par taux publié 15 personnes

Dernier étage (3 chambres) de la maison peut être loué à 50% du taux publié

Belle maison moderne et bien aménagée au bord du lac. Nouvelle construction achevée début 2017.

Il y aura beaucoup de place pour toute votre famille! La maison a deux cuisines entièrement équipées.

Le quai est extrêmement grand et dispose d'un joli coin salon couvert avec balançoire. Vous pourrez profiter de la magnifique vue sur le lac Norman.

Situé dans un quartier calme et familial. Vous pourrez vous détendre et vous détendre. Aucune fête extérieure bruyante n'est autorisée.

Quel bel endroit. À quelques minutes des commerces et des restaurants locaux. Idéalement situé à proximité des attractions locales (Charlotte, Carowinds, Concord Mills, Whitewater Center pour n'en nommer que quelques-unes)

Au mois de juillet on préfère un séjour de 7 nuits

Fun Family Getaway

Daniel is a kind and generous host and we are thankful to his family for sharing their home with us. We especially appreciated the use of their personal lake toys + floats. Check-out is easy with minimal requirements. Thank you Daniel, we hope to be back soon!

Quiet Cove get away

Wonderful property with great deck located on a quiet cove. Great for swimming, Standup Paddle boarding, Kayaking, Fishing. Owners was very responsive and easy to work with. Very well equipped kitchen. Located within easy reach of Westport Marina (boat rental) and Beatty Ford Park to launch your own boat.

Beautiful, spacious & clean getaway from home!!

Highly recommend! Plenty of space for two families (or friends!) to get away for a much needed vacation! The weather ended up being rainy all weekend long for us but we felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time at this property. The owner was very friendly, quick to respond and the check out process was very easy. Would love to return to this property again in the future!

Beautiful lake view and exceptionally clean upscale house. Easy access to and from airport.

My family gathered here for Thanksgiving week 2017. There was plenty of room for all of us and my grandchildren. The kitchen facilities were excellent for preparing meals on the days we chose to cook. Grocery stores located near by, even a Whole Foods in Huntersville. We especially enjoyed the serenity and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We traveled downtown, did some shopping, played at Beatty’s Ford Park and enjoyed afternoon walks. The owner, Daniel, was professional but extremely kind and helpful. Immediately responded to any questions I asked both before and during our stay.

Amazing Host and Home

From start to finish this host and home were amazing. First of all Daniel was an incredible host. I cannot say enough about how attentive he is. He went above and beyond for our families stay. Secondly, this house is amazing and accommodated our very large family of 13 perfectly. We were in town for the Renaissance Festival and our family had the best time both at the festival and at Daniel’s beautiful home. This home is immaculate and spacious. It has any and everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed fishing and spending time at the dock and just hanging around the house. Our family loved everything about our stay!

Great experience!

This was our 3rd year at Lake Norman, first time renting with Daniel. The location was fabulous, our very favorite place so far and truly a family oriented neighborhood. The items that were available for us to use were so appreciated by everyone, especially the kids. My son is the chef of the family and he was very pleased with all the kitchen appliances and grill. He put it all to good use. With our large family there was plenty of dishes, cups, utensils. Daniel was so easy to work with. And a great bonus was the 2.4 mile route for walking that led through the countryside, a great way to spend the mornings.. Thanks for everything Daniel, I am sure it is a difficult to pack and leave so often but know that it provided a much needed break for this family.

JOY DRIVE FUN

The house was incredible. It was like 2 houses in one. Everyone really enjoyed the location. About 30 minute from Charlotte Center fir night life fun & activities. Shopping was 5 minutes away. Joy Drive was the perfect house for our Annual getaway & Daniel was helpful from the beginning to the end. Thanks Daniel.

Perfect Getaway

This house has it all! Great quiet location on the lake where you have lots of privacy but only 5-10min from Restaurants, breweries and grocery stores. We did not have a single complaint during our stay at this house. Fully stocked kitchen on both floors! The massive dock was icing on the cake.

Relaxing, quiet cove

This is a great house situated in a quiet cove on a short cul-de-sac street. However, it was just a short drive to stores and restaurants. The house and dock had just about everything you would need for a large family. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time there and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a week at the lake! The house was clean, the owner was helpful, and the location was convenient! The layout is perfect for a large family and the kitchen was well stocked! We would recommend this home for a relaxing family vacation.

Wonderful Time at the Lake

From start to finish, we had a terrific experience with this property and the owner! Daniel was very responsive and welcoming. The house is great -- it's on a quiet inlet with dock access. The owners provide everything you need -- paddleboard, tubes, floaties, kayak! The inside of the house is very comfortable and easily accommodated our party of 11. The house is fully stocked - the only thing we brought was beach towels and a few extra paddleboards. Shopping, restaurants are just a few minutes away, and we also explored nearby breweries (Lake Norman Brewery, Royal Bliss, Ass Clown). Daniel is a great host and I wouldn't hesitate returning here!

Amazing Home!!

This house is beautiful and very well kept! Daniel was a phenomenal host and was available for any questions. My mother even forgot some clothes and he shipped them to us. The kids loved the dock area, paddle board, and kayaks! The 2 kitchens was also very nice and well equipped. Very nice that they provided soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toliet paper, & linens/towels. We would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Lake Getaway

First of all we could not be more pleased with our stay at Daniel’s home. This property is located on a peaceful, family friendly cove within a few miles from restaurants and grocery stores. Our family booked the upper level of the home while the owner and his family stayed on the bottom floor which was closed off. We even had access through a separate driveway and entrance. The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials needed for our stay. The kitchen even came fully equipped to prepare an entire Easter meal. The property owner, Daniel, was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. He was even kind enough to let us use his “lake toys”. We highly recommend this home and are definitely planning on staying here in the future.

Family/Friend Week

What an amazing stay at an amazing house. The home was just as described and had everything anyone traveling could ask for. Our family had traveled to NC for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. Fortunately the house was only 5 miles from where she lives. Very quiet area yet close to stores, parks and walking trails. Thank you for opening your home to us and providing just what we needed.

Perfect family gathering location

Daniel was amazing and so accommodating. Our family gathered from 3 states and ended the holiday weekend with a photography session. Arranged with Daniel to checkout completely a little late. He was super. Plenty of room for gathering and getting away for a little peace. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, well appointed and thoughtful amenities. Thanksgiving dinner for 12 accomplished in a strange kitchen and we were able to find everything we needed. Highly recommend.
