Great house right on the beach! Got to watch dolphins most mornings and enjoy the beach all day. Communication with host was great as well. Would stay here again for sure!

Cleaning could have been better. Hair in bathroom drawers. Utensil drawers were unorganized and things just everywhere. Same with pots and pans. Main living space was as described, view and upper level deck nice. Was a nice home, just not for us.

Home was perfect inside and out. The owner was super friendly. The beach access and location were superb. Perfect getaway for my family. We look forward to going back one day.

After just one stay, this one, it feels like home. There wasn't one thing that was missing or could be improved upon. Captain Andy walked me through each step of the process and checked to be sure we were pleased. Who owns a rental is important.

Wonderful Stay

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Captain Andy’s Too! It’s in a beautiful location right on the beach, and the house is very clean and well equipped. Such a great place to spend Spring Break! We will definitely be back!

Excellent in every way! Excellent view, location, cleanliness and amenities. We all had a relaxing, comfortable stay. The whole family loved it! We've stayed at several houses in Topsail Beach over the years, but this house was the absolute standout! We're hoping to be back again soon!

Another amazing trip!!

We just love Topsail Beach and love staying at Captain Andy's II. The house is clean, has a fabulous view from every window and the new deck, great layout and is just the right amount of space for our family. We look forward to staying there again next year.

Fantastic Beachfront Rental

Captain Andy's Too is the nicest house we've rented in our 22 years coming to Topsail Island! The house is laid out nicely with comfortable furniture, an airy beachy interior, great decks with gates that latch easily and a wide, flat and clean beach!

Wonderful Beach House

My family loved staying at Captain Andy’s Too. Clean, well kept home with everything you need for a week at the beach. Beautiful ocean views from the deck, peaceful and relaxing. I also loved that I could bring my dog!

we had an amazing time at Captain Andy's II house. The house was clean well appointed. I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone wanting a place at Top Sail.

Perfect location and the floorplan was perfect for all of us. Beach house was very clean and well appointed. Large TV's in every room and easy to use. All communication with owner was promptly responded to and he provided helpful suggestions. We have been coming to Topsul since 1998 and this was absolutely one of our best visits and beach houses. Looking forward to returning

A new favorite for us

We had the most marvelous week at Cap Andy’s Too! We could not have asked for a better location, or a more comfortable and inviting temporary home. I hope we will be returning very soon- will also want to try the original Capt Andy’s also. Missing that gorgeous beach!

Andy’s too

We love Topsail Island and have rented quite a few pet friendly homes. This was the nicest of all; clean and homey. The best part was the deck for our dog and the fantastic shower. The host, Andy was excellent as well. We would definitely rent again.

The house is very pretty, clean and everything worked perfectly. We loved the walk in showers and the deck shower as well as the kitchen. South Topsail Beach is not very crowded and has nice shops.

Perfect!

My husband and I recently stayed at Captain Andy's Too in Topsail Beach. We both had an amazing trip and just love the home, the furnishings, wonderful decking (with awesome dog gates) and location. We look forward to returning in July 2023.
