Very spacious and extremely clean. Well stocked - everything you need for your stay. Nice quiet area. I had my boat and was only a few minutes from Lake Fork. I look forward to staying here again.

My wife and I spent 10 days here and loved every single day of our stay. The hosts are fabulous people and very accommodating.This property is a jewel. Very clean, very comfortable, well decorated, conveniently located with every amenity desired. Quitman is a great town with plenty of good restaurants. The carport is a huge bonus. We brought a truck and a boat. Both fit perfectly out of the weather. The driveway and access was excellent. This was one of the top rental properties we have ever visited. We will return.

Furnished and stocked with even more. Under cover parking at the door. Ample lighting all switches marked so no guessing. Good bed and pillows bath towels thick and soft. Kitchen: range with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher toaster, disposal, fully fitted with dinnerware cookware silverware and utensils much more.

Perfect Place for Fisherman!

I was in town for the Bassmaster Kayak Championship, and this property was amazing. It was clean, located close to Lake Fork, and very well equiped. Everything I needed, I found in the house. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for Cleanliness and Comfort

The Crabbs apartment is a quiet peacful neighborhood of single homes. It has everything you would need in the kitchen, bath and bedroom. Alexa for music, plenty of places to conveniently charge phones, a king bed, large bath. The place was perfect for our stay.

Fishing Lake Fork

This is a great place to stay for a quiet retreat and access to the lake. The carport with electricity for charging was great. It is as clean as you can get. Very well supplied, if it wasn’t there you probably didn’t need it. I hope to get back there for another visit..

Phenomenal hospitality!

This was our second time staying at the property. The space is immaculate and every amenity has been considered. The owners are so thoughtful in providing snacks. My friend and I come to East Texas once a year for a fishing trip and this is perfect for a fishing trip with covered boat parking and a quiet place centrally located to many lakes. We will be back again!

This Shop Apartment was built in 2004 as a home for my wife and I while we build our current home in front of the apartment/shop. Because we knew that we would be living in the apartment for about 2 years, I built it like I would be building our home. The furniture is new, the whole place is like new. We hope you will like it as much as we like it.
