Appartement récemment rénové situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il se compose d'une chambre double, d'une salle de bains avec douche et d'un salon avec kitchenette et canapé-lit double. L'appartement dispose d'un espace extérieur avec table et chaises. L'emplacement est vraiment enviable car il est situé dans le centre, c'est seulement en traversant la route que vous pouvez vous retrouver immédiatement dans la zone piétonne, à deux pas de la plage (à environ 100 mètres) et de divers services tels que marchés, magasins et restaurants.
