Adorable, des chalets d'une chambre dans un excellent emplacement! Parfait pour une escapade romantique, escapade solitaire, ou des vacances en famille trÚs unie. L'un des quatre chalets connus comme Beach Garden Cottages.(Voir les autres chalets à Homeway. # ID 104164 (1 chambre), # 104163 (2 chambres) ou # 113650 (3 chambres). Les chalets sont propres, lumineux, confortable et décoré avec goût avec des cuisines et salles de bains. Les chalets sont entourés de jardins uniques et créatives et des tabliers paysager de la vie privée avec des arbustes à fleurs et des lits vivaces. Un endroit parfait pour se détendre et faire cuire sur. Ils sont situés dans une rue calme à seulement quelques pas de la plage de Newport Easton (aka First Beach). First Beach dispose d'installations publiques, un carrousel, aire de jeux et des animations en soirée deux fois par semaine. Ce est un grand espace pour la marche, course, vélo, roller, surf et le kayak. Tous les équipements disponibles à louer à proximité. Les restaurants sont accessibles à pied et le centre-ville de Newport est à seulement 1,5 km.

Best VRBO experience ever

My friends and I rented two lovely cottages and couldn't stop remarking how much we loved the whole experience. The owners could not have been more welcoming and responsive. We will be back!

Lovely cottage and location

I had a wonderful time at Garden Beach Cottage in July. My stay was comfortable. Everything was as described. The cottage is perfectly appointed. The location and proximity to Newport, First and Second Beach, Cliff Walk and area restaurants-walkable or a quick drive makes this an ideal location in a quiet beach vibe neighborhood. Trish and Paul are quick to respond to any questions and very pleasant. I hope to return.

3 day stay - lacked basic amenities.

Three night stay and provided one set of bath towels. With only 1 window AC unit, nothing dried, only mildewed. Outdoor line was covered with moss so that was not an option. Bath soap provided was actually a container of hand soap. Other VRBO experiences certainly provided much more for the traveler and particularily at that price point.

Sweet cozy cottage with all the amenities we needed...just five minute walk to beach. Location was perfect! Within minutes to lively downtown Newport. Owners were super nice . Would definitely stay again 😊😊

Perfect stay

The cottage met all of our needs perfectly. We especially appreciated the location in a quiet area, but at a convenient distance from the beach, downtown, the Cliff Walk, etc. The small outdoor sitting area was very nice and although it was close to the other cottages, it offered a feeling of privacy in a pretty, plant-filled space.

Great cottages! Beautiful landscaping!

We stayed in unit 33, it was the perfect size for the two of us. Also had a great little patio with a grill! Wicked private and right in a great location! Close to everything! Paul and Trish are great hosts and extremely nice! Recommend these cottages to anyone! James and Lisa Grace

Wond regular clean and enchanting. Perfect for 2.

The cottage was delightful, spot spot and close to everything we love. St Mary’s church and 2nd beach. The flowers, birds and bunnies enchanting. Perfect weather as well. Although we didn’t meet our hosts all our needs were met. It truly is a lovely getaway.

Quaint cottage in a quiet setting yet minutes from the beach

We had such a relaxing time at your cottage. It was perfect for what we were looking for. We felt like we were in a secluded setting yet we could walk out the door and be minutes away from breakfast and lunch restaurants and the beach which was beautiful. Also the Cliff walk was right there at the beaches end. The hosts were very responsive to questions we had about the satellite TV and overall we would not hesitate to stay here again.

super cute cottage

This was a well located super cute cottage and we were happy with our stay. Paul was easy to work with and very fair when vrbo's software caused a glitch with our reservation. The gardens were lovely and we even saw some bunnies which was enchanting. A couple of practical notes for next visitors: bathroom is really small. not a critique, just a fact. couch is small. not a critique, just a fact. bring the things you really need as none are provided (e.g., body lotion, hair conditioner, water, tea). All in all, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend without hesitation.

Charming, peacfully nestled cottage

One week was not enough. My 20 year old daughter, wife and myself simply fell in love with this perfectly sized and located cottage. Five minute walk to the ocean and great seafood surrounding us. Paul and Trisha were absolutely wonderful at making sure we were pleased with our stay.

We have stayed in this lovely little cottage multiple times over the past few years and will look to do so EVERY time the Newport area is in our travel plans! As good as it gets

I just returned home from the Memorial Day Weekend at this relaxing property and I'll be back again this summer for my 4th year. I've enjoyed the stay whether I was alone or with company. The cottages are charming. The gardens are relaxing. The owners are good hosts. Everything is clean and well maintained. Walking to the beach instead of having to dirve is a huge benefit. It's close enough to town to make every trip there easy and it is also nice to have a quiet place to retreat to after you've enjoyed the excitement of the waterfront. I've enjoyed many afternoons, reading in the shade of the grape arbor.

We bought this property in 1997. It was very rundown. We lived on the property and did most of the renovations and landscaping ourselves with lots of help from friends and family. We now live in the next town but continue to be very 'hands-on'. We oversee the weekly turnovers to be sure the cottages are clean and well maintained. We are easily reached to solve any problems or answer questions for our guests.

Trisha grew up in the Newport area and Paul grew up near the coast in Madison, Connecticut. Shortly after getting married, we were thrilled to find a 'fixer-upper' so close to the ocean. We take great pride in having created a unique vacation spot for so many of our returning renters and look forward to meeting new renters every year.

Paul's gardens are what all our renters comment on and make our place special. When you walk through the gate, behind the hedge, the landscaping will charm you. Seashell paths, arbors, roses, hydrangeas, daisies, blueberry bushes and strawberries, covered decks, butterflies, birds and more create a serene and unforgettable place to relax and unwind.
