If you are looking for a fancy place this is not for you. However, if you want to stay in a very cool, safe neighborhood with cafes, bars and restaurants around the corner, this is ideal! We were greeted by our host, helped with our luggage and then took us for a walk to show us his favorite places. I would stay here again for sure.

What a wonderful find in a great location that was the perfect fit for our 4 families in our wider family of 14 - a first class stop off before our Greek Isle Cruise. Everything matched and exceeded our expectations - cleanliness, facilities, location and service.Easily accessible to shops, restaurants, sights and transportation. Special mention of the bakery around the corner - a delight which was much visited and enjoyed. We could happily have stayed longer if it were not for the cruise.Extended family of 14 - ages 72, 72, 49, 45, 18, 16, 15, 44, 43, 14 ,44, 44, 13 and 11 (4 families)

The property was perfect for our group of 9. Yorges was helpful and available when needed. The only complaint I had was no sink stopper in the 2nd apartment. It was very considerate finding a large bottle of water waiting in each fridge, along with tea, coffee and sugar in the cabinets. The apartment was extremely helpful in arranging transportation from the cruise port to apartment and from apartment to airport. Location of the unit offered easy access to shopping, restaurants and historical sights. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Great stay in Psirri, location was great, only a few minutes from all the shops. Had one issue with AC in one of the rooms, but they took care of it very quickly!

Athens with th family

Costas and Jacob could not have been better hosts! The very unique 4 apartment house was perfect for our family group of 11 people. It had everything we needed and it was super close to everything. We’d definitely come back.

We loved our stay at this beautiful building. It is filled with green plants, and has a quirky, delightful style. The different apartments afford time for separation and for togetherness (mostly on the roof). Communication was great.

Athens weekend trip

We had a wonderful stay here! As a large group of friends, the property was perfect with the various apartments to give everyone their own space, whilst the rooftop garden was a great area for everyone to spend time together. The property was in a great location, easy walking distance to everything you’d want to see. The property managers were excellent with their communication and organised taxis to and from the airport for us. They even accommodated a late night change in the taxi time for the next morning and really put our minds at ease. I’d highly recommend this property to other large groups of friends or families!

Great spot near shops and restaurants

Property was perfect for us as we had a family with an infant, 2 couples and two singles. Everyone was able to have their own bed and room. Apartments are nice and has a nice rooftop patio to eat dinner or have a couple drinks. Although the area looks a little sketchy when you pull up, it isnt. It is just a one block walk to an extremely busy area with shops, restaurants, bars etc. Just far enough away where dont really hear the late night noise.

We traveled with 9 family members on this trip, we stayed at both the E9 and E7 apartments. The hosts were wonderful and were always there to help with anything we needed. They sent a detailed list of things to do, see and places to eat in the area. They helped with names of Taxis for our transferers which was a huge help. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The beautiful roof top patios on both places were our gathering spot at the end of the day which was a perfect way to end a perfect day. They were both well shaded which helped on the hot days.
