Giardino - villa in residence with swimming pool

Charming terraced house in a quiet location surrounded by greenery, with a large private garden at the front and rear and renovated swimming pools for adults and children.
We would like to inform our guests that the pool is open from early June to the first week of September (early or late opening/closing depends on weather conditions).
To be sure of the opening/closing dates, please contact us, as they may vary depending on the weather, management decisions, or renovation work.
Pretty villa on 2 floors with nice private garden and 2 parking place. The ground floor is composed of separate kitchen, living dining room with double couch, furnished terrace, unfenced garden front and back. On the first floor 1 Double bedroom , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, washing machine and window, 2 nice balconies.

IMPORTANT: DURING THE PENTECOST PERIOD, WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE, ONLY TO FAMILIES.
