Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen for a cooking experience that will be unforgettable, a dining area, and an airy living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels. A two-bedroom residence set on two floors, the villa combines a relaxing and comfortable stay at the same time with king-sized double beds. A staircase next to the living room leads you to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The essence of luxury and modern design completes the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality elements. In one of the rooms, there is also a printer for guests.

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool and a lounge area with sunbeds making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset.
