The villa offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. In terms of decoration, you will find straight lines and well-defined angles give a striking effect thanks to the use of natural materials. The interior is a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary styles with rich, warm earth tones and different shades of wood.

The Space:
In terms of furniture, there are two bedrooms at the entrance that are almost identical in style and decoration, with the exception of the color scheme.

On the other side of these rooms are sliding glass doors that open onto the terrace and the superb view.
Beyond that is the living room, the indoor dining room and the well-equipped kitchen. Large elegant beige sofas bring comfort and style to the living room. A dining room is part of the living room and opens onto a large outdoor dining room and a living room on the covered terrace.The master bedroom is located by the pool and has elegant dark wood floors, a living room, a dressing room and a very large bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located beyond the pool. King size mahogany canopy bed and a mosquito net are available.

A wooden staircase leads to another large bedroom on the lower level with a cactus garden. This spacious room has its own living room and is adjacent to the well-equipped fitness room. The sixth bedroom is located in an independent studio under the main Villa and has a living room and a private bathroom.

The large swimming pool has remarkable architectural arches built very high, creating a sunbreaker effect. The property is also equipped with a cot and high chair, WIFI and American satellite television.

The villa has everything to please, functional, comfortable, modern and close to all amenities.

POOL & TERRACE : Large overflow pool (heated in winter), 17m long x 3.50m to 5m wide x 1.60m deep, surrounded by a superb and very spacious terrace with ten deckchairs. It is located in front of the Villa with a shaded lounge and dining room. Gas barbecue.
DINING AREA : Outside dining area on the covered terrace with a table for 12 persons.

KITCHEN : View of the ocean. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas oven and two stoves with grill and griddle, wine bottle storage, fridge and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine, blender. Service for twelve people.
MASTER BEDROOM 1 : Located on the ground floor, and overlooking the ocean. Direct access to the swimming pool. King size bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV with Satellite Channel, Dish Network and DVD player, Ipod dock, stereo, telephone, WIFI, large dressing room, telescope, desk, safe. Adjoining bathroom with shower, two sinks, hairdryer, towels and beach towels. Living room area at your disposal.
BEDROOM 2 : Creole case. Located on the ground floor, and overlooking the ocean. King size bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, flat screen TV with Dish Network with DVD player, Ipod dock, telephone, WIFI. Bathroom in a separate chalet with indoor rain shower and regular shower (outdoor shower also available), two sinks, hair dryer, towels and beach towels.
BEDROOM 3 : Located on the lower level, and overlooking the ocean. Direct access to the fitness room. King size bed (can be prepared in twin beds with two individual mattresses but a king size bed structure), air conditioning, flat screen TV with Dish Network, DVD player, Ipod dock, telephone, WIFI. BEDROOM 6 - LOWER LEVEL : Located in a studio independent of the main Villa. Access to the terrace and ocean view. King size bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV with Dish Network, DVD player, Ipod dock, telephone, WIFI. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and beach towels. Living room area at your disposal.
FITNESS ROOM : Fully equipped and air-conditioned. Ocean view. Located next to the fifth bedroom. Two bicycles, an elliptical, weight bench and various accessories such as free weights, CD player.
