Villa Punta Ristola is a luxury vacation home with private pool and sea view, located just a few steps from the promontory there where Salento gives way to the Mediterranean Sea, in Santa Maria di Leuca.
The villa is complete with air conditioning both in the rooms and in the living area, garage, washing
machine, dishwasher, TV, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
electric kettle, iron and ironing board, professional gas barbecue,
mosquito nets and wi-fi internet.
Villa Punta Ristola offers 8 beds. Small pets are allowed.

Villa
Punta Ristola is in a residential complex that was finished building in
June 2020. The villa is on three floors, reachable by stairs or
elevator. The ground floor consists of a living room with open kitchen and seating area
with Manutti sofa.  In the living room there are 2 beds on camp beds.
The big glass walls overlooks the
outdoor area with swimming pool, solarium with beach beds and umbrellas,
porch and outdoor shower.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms:
2 double bedroom and a twin bedroom. One of the double bedroom has
access to a terrace with a breathtaking view. The second floor is a
spacious terrace with half bath, solarium and covered dining areas with an amazing view on the sea.

The surroundings of Villa Punta Ristola
Villa Punta Ristola is in Santa Maria di Leuca, in the area of Punta Ristola, the most southern point in Salento. The baia delle Sirene,
with its turquoise and crystal clear sea is only 130 meters away, while
Leuca, with its seafront promenade, the lighthouse, the sanctuary Santa
Maria de Finibus Terrae, the small harbor and many amenities, are 5
minutes` walk away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for only small pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bathroom is a toilet.
- Shared electric gateway.
- Every Saturday, there will be a mandatory check of the pool by the technician.
- Seventh and eighth bed places on camp beds in the living room.
