Fantastic stay

We stayed here for two nights in one of their lovely rooms, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great shower too, with good sized towels. We received a warm welcome on arrival and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, served overlooking the amazing view. We had lunch here with friends and we all enjoyed our food - fish & chips, bream, squid & prawn linguine, followed by some lovely desserts.

Excellent!

Super comfortable room with en suite shower room which were both spotless. Very dog friendly with dog bed, throw, water bowl and bag of treats provided. Beautiful views across the valley from the garden. Good food at dinner and breakfast. Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Easy parking. Would recommend!.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay on business.

Great accommodation, superb food, really welcoming people. Although I've stayed a few times at Winyard's Gap on business, this is a great place to stay and explore the local area. Basically, there's nothing NOT to like about Winyard's Gap!

Fabulous place, thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A happy and friendly welcome, shown to an immaculate and well provided bedroom, well above my expectations. Comfortable and quiet. Wonderful views from the large garden, and a great supper in the stylish dining room. Started the next morning with a full English breakfast, ready for our long walk ahead. Brilliant inn, so glad we found it.

A beautiful location offering a comfortable experience.

We enjoyed staying in a comfortable pub with a beautiful view over the Dorset countryside.The accommodation was well appointed,set apart from the pub which ensured us quiet for a good night’s sleep. The only addition which would improved the room would be a small fridge to keep drinks and milk cool. We would definitely stay here again.
