2) For guests arriving later than 18:00PM, All guest need to notify 24 hours prior check-in. The property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. This information is EMAILED OR TEXT to Guest. Guest is required to request LATE CHECK IN INFORMATION.

A valid credit/debit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and credit card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit/debit cards or cash may be used to pay for charges at checkout.

Smoking is not allowed in the property. Up to £300 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.
